My itinerary help????

hello again.

I think we've sorted out our itinerary for our week in vegas 1st sept - 8th sept.

Tue 1st - arrive at 12:00 and get out and about sight seeing.
wed 2nd - wet at night, tiesto
thursday 3rd - just bars either on the strip or fremont street
friday 4th - avicci at XS
saturday 5th - daybed for axwell at daylight and Ingrosso at Light
Sunday 6th - calvin harris at hakkasan
monday 7th - wet republic (if we are still alive)

weve got a daybed sorted at daylight and we want to do some bottle service as well, just for the experience.
What would be the cheapest night for this? there is only 4 of us going (two couples)

every night we are gonna get tickets.

FYI- the nightclubs/pool parties are really great so I would build schedule around them
Nightclubs open around 11pm with headline dj on around 1am going till around 5am
Pool parties open around 11am with headline dj on around 3pm going till around 6pm

basically just do all sightseeing/shows/bars/etc before 12am so then you go to nightclub
would just add
tuesday- omnia
thursday- a nightclub
friday afternoon- pool party encore beach
sunday afternoon- pool party

not sure if your traveling a long distance and want to throw in something like a bus/car ride/helipcopter trip to the grand canyon but I would do that like Wednesday during the day or Thursday during the day

also i keep reading about guestlists. whats this? were staying at the mgm grand, could we get on the guest list for hakkasan?

Guest lists are for all girl groups or even ratio groups (groups that have more or the same number of girls as guys). Since you are just 2 couples you qualify for guest lists as an even ratio group.

Guest lists with entry that relate to your schedule:
Tuesday - Omnia, free entry for even ratio
Thursday - Most Clubs (sometimes only a reduced cover for guys at EBC at Night)
Friday - EBC (sometimes only a reduced cover for guys)
Sunday - Many Pools (Foxtail, Marquee Dayclub, Daylight, Tao Beach, and Liquid are free; Rehab and Drai's are usually reduced for guys, and things vary widely with EBC and Wet Republic)

Hakkasan usually has even ratio guest lists open Thursday and Sundays, with all girl guest lists for Friday and Saturday. Some people are reporting more and more clubs with guest lists for even ratio on Friday and Saturday, I don't have a contact for Hakkasan that does that though. The problem is you are seeing Calvin Harris on Sunday, so it depends on whether or not they determine that the day or the DJ matters more. With how high the demand for him is these days they very well could decide to not have one even though they typically do on Sundays.

*Oops that was based on artedm's club and pool list, but you get the idea, different clubs have different policies on different days, and all of this is subject to change. Usually if your first choice isn't free for even ratio, your second or third choice is.

If you can swing free guestlist entry omnia on tuesday its worth the trip even if just for a little bit to check it out.
guestlist- usually free entry but have to contact host/be put on list/deal with line/be in by a certain time- also guestlist is usually Sunday-Thursday. Friday/Saturday lists are usually very limited.
presale tickets- basically just show up/set price

staying at mgm really doesn't officially get you anything- there is a "experience hakkasan" package mgm grand offers online with free passes to hakkasan but has blackout dates of labor day weekend.
so you can ask when you check in but probably need a host/guestlist contact- wetrepublic/hakkasan/omnia are all run by hakkasan group so one contact can do all venues and with even ratio might be possible for
tuesday omnia (very likely) because its tuesday and big venue
wenesday wet (maybe) big name dj smaller venue
thursday hakkasan (very likely) because its big venue
friday wet republic afternoon (probably) if get there early
sunday hakkasan (hardest of all) but still possible because its a big place
Presale for group of 4 even ratio is about $125 an event right now might buy calvin harris/tiesto because biggest names/most guestlist demand

basically got to decide how certain you are on events and how much your willing to deal with for guestlist vs presale
also try to hit
omnia and encore beach sunday with kaskade should be a good one
both of those places are much better then fremont st or a random vegas bar

i know that the clubs are gonna be great but i want to experience other parts of vegas at night aswell. i might not get back there for ten years so i need to make the most of it. Fremont street at night looks like something i need to experience, and the dueling piano bars look like a good laugh. Most of the big DJs ive seen either here in the UK or in Amsterdam. I want to Experience bottle service also as there nothing like that over here.

I'm just sharing to make most of your trip
vegas is 24 hour city
so take saturday and sunday
between 230-430pm- peak pool party hours and 1230-230am peak nightclub hours -I don't think anything "better" is going on during those hours.

Celine Dion, Britney Spears, Drake, Incubus, David Copperfield, Kevin Heart- are all doing shows Labor day weekend in vegas and the times don't conflict not even mentioning cirque du soleil shows, car racing, roller coaster ride, bungee jumping, ferris wheel, strip clubs, grand canyon, celebrity chefs, etc etc.

Fremont St has a website- they are having a free concert 9:00 pm - 10:30 pm on Sunday Labor day- so that would probably be most bustling time to checkout- again time doesn't conflict.

In terms of bottle service you have your daybed and your familiar with bottle service cost-
depends what your looking for but can also think about celebrity chef restaurant like Joel Robuchon at MGM

A couple of suggestions, keeping in mind you want to see other parts of vegas.

I would fit all of your the stuff you want to do off strip (fremont st) and bars on Tues, Wed, and Thurs. Keep fri sat and sun open for pool parties and clubs.

For itinerary, sounds like you want to see calvin harris so I'd recommend doing presale with calvin on friday at omnia. Omnia is 100x better for GA vs Hakkasan.

Sat, you have that covered.

Sunday, I'd do presale for EBC with kaskade and presale for XS Nightswim with Guetta (one of the best parties that weekend).

Your best bet for BS would prob be Sat at pool or nightclub since light will have lower mins.
