  • Bachelor Party July 16-20th

Thurs and Fri we'll be 12 guys.

    So far our plans are:

    July 16th Thursday

    Encore Beach at night Flosstradamus
    Cabana

For Friday and Sat we a total of 17 guys and have a total budget of $8K or $4K a day+Night

    July 17th Friday

Day: Encore Beach or Wet Republic

Night: Calvin Harris at Omnia - Looking for a table

    July 18th Saturday

    Day: Drai's or Open

    Night: Drai's with Big Sean

    July 19th Sunday

We'd like to keep it free if possible!

    Day: Open

Night: XS night swim or open

Thoughts? Suggestions? We're staying at Ceasers Friday and Sat night so Omnia on Fri and Drais Sat is probably going to be the move those nights. We'd like to get a table/bottle service everywhere we go if possible we may just do half GA then half under the table. We're looking for girls to join our group to make things easier.

I would start getting some quotes on Friday with Calvin Omnia its going to be pricey for main room.
Friday afternoon encore beach has tommy trash and wet is hot 100+

    also on Saturday
    J. Cole, Big Sean, YG, and Jeremih are doing a concert at planet hollywood
the big sean drais is afterparty so maybe you want to go to concert?

You have 17 guys. I don't know of any club being able to handle that many on 1 table which means you'll have to get 2 next to each other.

Drais dancefloor that night for 10 people will run $3500-4k minimum before handshake, tax and tip. Our group's rule of thumb is 40% so you're at $5600 for Sat night alone if at 4k. Now you still have 7 more that have to go pre sale at $60 each =$420 so you are at roughly $6k all in. Maybe a mezz booth for $1500-2k but that's for 6 people so you'll need at least 2 of those and 5 go pre sale tix or get 3 mezz booths.

I would just go pre sales tix to guarantee entry and you won't need to round up girls for the numbers.

Now if Drais will cost that much, imagine Calvin for the main room as Artedm says. Not sure what it would cost outside the main room.

I am a fan of 3LAU so I would look at a pool deck booth at Drais for Saturday day, lower min for 10 people vs bungalow and cabanas for an additional 2 people and have the others do pre sale and join the group.

Seventeen guys!? SEVENTEEN?!!! And you want Omnia for Calvin Harris - the biggest draw in Vegas right now! Dude - Just one dancefloor table will be more than 8k, and you need two.

You can forget Omnia if all your boys wanna go, it quite simply cant happen unless you double the spend at least

Your saving grace is that it wont ever be 17 guys cos its a bachelor party and you will lose people as the weekend goes on. But you need to seriously look at your budgets. You'll need to do every cent of that $8k at Drais and then for Omnia I honestly think you are looking at 15k absolute minimum to get table service for 17 guys in the main room and that'd be with a serious handshake cos you're taking up two tables that will probably sell for $10k a piece in minutes.

oh man you've got to do some serious planning, so let's get to work and see if we can help you guys out. Before I say anything else, remember that every price/minimum you're quoted is before tax, tips and host handshake. Let's start with the big one, Calvin at Omnia.

If I make any mistakes someone please correct me!

Here's a table map to give you an idea: http://www.sheetsvip.com/system/seat...jpg?1424752184

with that many people it's tricky because the most you'll be allowed in for a single table is 12 on a balcony or 3rd tier table and 15 for 2nd tier or dance floor. Now I'll say it right now and not to be a dick but 2nd tier and dance floor are out with your budget because their min spends are 10,000/15,000. So basically if you want to do this you have to save your daytime 4,000$ and use it towards the evening and get 5 of your friends to buy GA and join once you're inside. A 3rd tier table is 7500$ and it's against the back wall but on the main floor, #'s 31-36. add in the cost of taxes, tips and handshake to your host and you're looking at around 10,500$, maybe 10K if your host can get the min spend lower but I wouldn't bank on it because Omnia is the hottest thing right now and Calvin Harris is the largest draw in Vegas at the moment so that means big $ signs and shockingly, these tables sell out every time.

Now I'm not sure if you've been to Omnia yet or seen photos of it when a DJ is performing but it gets busy. The biggest benefit of the 3rd tier tables as you can see in the map is the access to the general admission area if you're interested in pulling girls. So you have to decide if pulling, being in the action or foot traffic in general is important to you, or if you would rather chill with your friends and have a direct view of the DJ the whole time, along with a view from above of the action on the dance floor. Because another option would be a balcony table, it's a 5500$ min spend. But, more away from the action and it's going to be completely ram jammed so going up and down stairs will not be very easy. It does however fit within 8000$ "all in" if your group is willing to pool all of that day's funds together for the one experience.

I always say if you really want to see Omnia, see it on a night CH isn't playing and if you really want to see CH, see him at wet republic.

Another option although I know not as exciting would be to go G/A and distribute that money throughout the rest of your trip. It's a huge sum so it can considerably improve all of your other plans really, as nuts as that sounds.

good luck! I'll post more later regarding the rest of your plans.

You could switch clubs and go to XS for Kaskade that night. They have a 20 person table which would seat all of you and you could probably get it for a $5k min, $7k all in. Still would have a great time as Kaskade is a good draw and have plenty of room at the table.

You're mad if you think that 20 person table at XS will go for $5k mate. Mad.

currently it is $5500 on Discotech for that night so I dont see how you couldn't deal with a direct host and get it for $5k. I have it for my bachelor party 7/25 for $5k for Skrillex

Those big 3rd tier tables can definitely be had for $5k + $500 shake....being able to get 20 comps to go along with it might be the issue. 15 comps sure....but 20 I guess is a possibility.

Girls won't help your cause on this one. All it's gonna do is increase your number of people and make it harder to find something to sit you all. Your budget is a bit on the lower end but it certainly inst impossible to find something. You can always book something for 10-12 guys, have the rest buy presale tickets and meet you inside at the table and try to not all be there at once. This works better at the pools since nothing is really roped off and your minimums will last longer since you can get other things besides bottles. At night time your alcohol will run out very quickly so I suggest sticking to places that do specials. drais (on non special event nights), 1oak and tryst. As someone mentioned there are some tables called big browns at xs and they fit a lot of people but 5k to me seems a bit low for a saturday night but it won't hurt to ask for a quote.

Whats the mentality of the group? Do most of you like to hang out at the table or do people like to roam around a talk to people?

I'd say if everyone isn't going to be at the table all the time, I'd go with splitting up the group and doing table + presale. That way you could look for a table that fits 8-10 and then have the rest do presale. Those table will prob be around 3800 for a pretty decent location. Just keep in mind that you'll go through alcohol pretty quickly with that many guys since that's only 3.5 bottles. so if you even THINK you'll buy more bottles, you should pay for it upfront and get a table with a higher min.

Omnia with CH is going to be very expensive. Use your money wisely and go to Omnia a different day. You're money will go farther other days.

Extra girls won't help unless they are paying, which I'm sure 99.9% aren't.
