July 9 (Thursday) til July 12 (Sunday) Last Minute Planning/Pricing Help Needed

Hey guys, need some planning and pricing help here with my group's vegas trip next week. It's a bachelor party of 8 dudes all 29/30 years old. All gamble more than the average person. Arriving Midnight Thursday (7/9), Leaving around Midnight Sunday (7/12).

We've had preliminary discussions about what we want to do; but the days, places, pricing, etc. is still all up in the air and I want to start getting this finalized soon.

I've done some reading on the forums, but the pricing some of you guys are throwing around is all over the place. I've seen 10 guys try to do bottle service for $1,500 somehow. Or pool party for $500.

Anyways, here is the tentative schedule:

Thursday Night:
Arrive midnight. Have a few drinks, hit the tables a little bit, and probably call it a night.

-(This could end up being a long night where people end up gambling until 6-7AM).

Friday:
Day: Encore Beach Club with Bottle Service

-We're not sure if Friday or Saturday would be a better idea and it's under debate.

-We have received a quote for an upper cabana on Friday. 2k upper cabana, 3k lower cabana. Saturday is 4k. Is it worth the extra money to do it Saturday, or will we stay have a great time on Friday? Is that even a good price for a Friday?

-Not sure if we care so much about the foot traffic. Just want to have a good time. Most of the guys have girlfriends/wives

Night: Probably Spearmint Rhino

-I read that all the strip clubs have $100 bottles before 9, but that's kind of early. Is it really too early to be in a strip club in vegas? What are we looking at for a table and bottles later in the night?

Saturday:
Day: Activity - Group has been throwing around the idea of riding Dune Buggies or riding ziplines and stuff. I have no idea about this, the options, where to do it, and how much it costs.

Dinner: Gordon Ramsey Steak (4:30 PM Reservation)

We really want to check this place out due to the glowing reviews, but it's pretty much booked solid through the summer. 4:30 PM is the only time available other than Monday the rest of the summer.

This is going to be $100 a person without alcohol, I already know that.

Night: Night Club. Group is throwing around ideas here. Thinking Omnia or Drias, but could be anything at this point. As a reminder, we're 8 guys here. Not sure what we can get by with a decent table here, or how much bottles are going to cost.
This is where we probably need the most help with pricing.

Sunday:
-Checkout is 11 AM unfortunately, but one of the guys has a room for the rest of the day, so we're going to move all our luggage to his room.

We could switch around the activity to here so we don't get too close to the dinner reservation I guess, but I don't want to get all dirty/sweaty and only have 1 shower to come back to since we're sharing 1 room for the rest of the day. Or we could move dinner to Sunday, sleep in, and make the activity an all day thing.

-Leave midnight for flight back.


So any suggestions, comments, feedback would be really appreciated here. I think our budget is $1000 per person for the club + the pool party, but if we were to get it cheaper that would be great. One of us doesn't have a job, and as you can tell by the user name, one of us hates clubbing and probably won't pull their weight drinking wise.


Host quotes are welcome too. Are there really hosts that can take care of EVERYTHING? Like pool party, strip club, dinner, activities, night club, etc.?

Nightclubs open around 11pm with headline djs on around 1am going till around 5am
pool parties open around 11am with headline djs on around 3pm going till around 6pm- biggest days are saturday/sunday
fyi for the gamblers- xs and encore beach club have table games inside of them.
You can get just entry thru presale tickets or buy tables/cabanas. Tables prices depend on bottle prices/location/demand/dj- not including tax/tip. Older nightclubs without big name djs will have cheaper bottles and more specials example tryst.
Generally its 1 bottle per 4 to start depending on what the bottle price is.
Strip clubs- all strip clubs are open 24/7 with free limo/free entry and bottle specials b4 8pm or 9pm. The big ones have 100s of girls working.
The nightclubs/pool parties are a lot of fun so I would do strip clubs around them.

its better to figure out schedule/ book your own stuff- someone can do it for you but they are going to charge.

Saturday night is packed with big events/performers just about every venue. Have you taken a look around at the venues? Drais has one of their live concerts with Meek Mill and more than likely mins are going to be 2-3k for mezzanine and 4k+ for downstairs.

You can certainly find people to set up all your things for you and you won't be charged any fees. Ahem

Personally speaking, why go cabana? You can do a beach couch, get 6 walked in, have the other 2 buy pre sale tickets for a lot less. Or ask the host for a little extra on the handshake if he can walk in the 2 pre sale with you.

If the upper cabana is 2k Friday odds are beach couch would run $1500 or so and put you in the crowd. Can always do a lily pad for 6, have the other 2 pre sale and be in the pool directly.

Or just talk to Dex to get it all set up.
