  • Surrender Table Location Question

I was quoted $1800 @ Surrender for outside table above the pool and $2300 if I wanted a table inside on the dance platform.

In your past experience because I've never been to Surrender before, is the extra $500 worth it? I'm going in July where its probably going to be 95 degrees at 10PM so I'm not sure really what to choose. Should I ask the price for the outside table but give him a nice shake to get the table inside?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

It might very well be just as hot inside by midnight.

So you think outside? Or spend a little more and just get an inside table

Im prob not the best person to give advise on Surrender. I prefer outside. The inside is really small, and gets too over crowded for me. Ive even been on a DF table there, and I still spent 99% of the time outside. I was even buying my drinks at the bar outside, cause thats how much I really didnt want to go back inside. BUT some people like it, so I dont want to discourage people from missing out on that experience. Although, considering theres not much of a gap in your quotes, Id guess the majority feels the same as me.

It should also be noted that I havent been to Surrender in years. Id rather go during the day for EBC to experience that particular venue.

When I went to surrender in 2011 the DJ (Aoki) was set up outside. That was awesome. I would go back only if the DJ was set up outside. Inside is too small and stifling hot.

I think your reffering to EBC at night (Thursdays). It used to be called something else but now on thursdays the DJ faces the pool.

Nope. Back in the day the DJ was outside facing the inside (between the inside and the pool). I probably still have the table map. That was back before clubs got crazy expensive. May 2011. On a Friday night I had a table 20 feet from Aoki (second closest table) for 4 bottles (I tipped $500 when I was shown the table). On Saturday night I went to Studio 54. I am a little ashamed about that.

Ah yes, back when four bottles was all you needed to buy to land a dance floor table lol.
