UK coming to vegas

Hi to everyone who reads this.
I will be traverlling to vegas from sept 24th to october 1st
There will be 6 of us 3 married couples all around the 30s.
I need some help if any of you could please shed some light we will be staying at aria and venetian.
We are looking at going to pool partys and nightclubs but do not understand all this host buiseness we would like to book maybe several pool cabanas and tables for night clubs. where can you find pricing for tables/cabannas/bottles of drink before we go so we know what and where we can budget for or get speacial deals like b1g1 free or cabana minimums.So I'm assuming you can't just roll up to a pool party and say i want a cabana or i want a table at nightclub.
Whats with the handshake situation what am i giving the host dollars for so confused and how much do you give is it per person or what just does not work like this in the uk sorry if this comes across dumb but this is so knew to me
And lastly how do I know if I'm actually getting a good deal and not getting ripped off.

So how do you pick- an easy way is to look at lineups- to get an idea of the event or dj. Hip hop, edm, etc.

Sunday-Thursday even ratio 1 guy-1 girl can usually get in free on guestlist otherwise presale tickets
Bottle service is a calculation of bottle prices/demand/dj/table location + tax/tip which can run 28-40% on top.
also nightclubs open around 11pm with headline dj on around 1am going till around 5am
pool parties open around 11am with headline dj on around 3pm going till around 6pm- biggest days are Saturday and sunday
