  • Saturday night, start of August - Kaskade@XS versus Steve Aoki@Hak

Group of 10 guys, dance floor or upper dance floor tables.

Which would you choose? XS is obviously great, but haven't seen Kaskade. Does he draw lots of women and have a good vibe? (I have heard loads of his music and do like it.)

Steve Aoki - what sort of crowd does he draw? And is he 'harder' on the music front? (I haven't come across any of his stuff that I particularly like.)

    Thanks!

Kaskade is a HUGE draw. He pulls in a lot of women.

Both play really good live sets in my opinion, but taste is subjective so let's leave that out. In simplest form, I'd put it this way: Kaskade draws a ton of women, Aoki draws a megaton of party-vibe. So it depends on what you're looking for out of your night, be it ladies or fun with the guys.

Kaskade, I went with a group of 5 girls who were all about him. Guaranteed to be a lot of ladies.

Kaskade, he was at XS this past Friday night and by far the best night in a Vegas club I have had. Saw Aoki at Hak last year and it was a good time, Hak is just way to crowded imo

            Awesome, thanks for the replies.

What made it so good airblaster?

We're going to do Omnia on Friday night for Nicky Romero (it's either him or Hardwell at Hak - I'd be easy for either but haven't seen Omnia yet and hear it is a must-try).

It depends if you prefer to see a DJ who plays good music or a weird guy that throws big cakes in some idiots' faces

Nicky Romero is awesome and Omnia is awesome, good choice!

If you haven't seen Omnia yet then its a no brainer for friday. I'd agree with everything else that was said regarding kaskade vs aoki. I've seen both at stated venues. I think it's really up to the type of party you are looking for.

It was my first time at XS and I am a huge Kaskade fan so maybe I was a bit biased but the layout of XS>>>>>>>>> Hakkasan Also all of Aoki's sets are prerecorded, basically he presses play then jumps around and throws cake in the crowed. I would do either XS or Omnia, didn't get a chance to go to Omnia but all the things I have heard it is great.
