Bachelor Party from the UK - 11th June to 17th ideas?

Obviously a little late sorting out our bachelor party so after some good info please.

We arrive into Las Vegas on Thursday 11th June in the afternoon so ideas on coming up with an itinerary would be greatly appreciated. 10 guys ages between 30 - 40, some people have been before and others not and difficult thing is people have different budgets. We are staying at The Cosmopolitan so looking forward to that.

Last time i went was probably 4 years ago so i imagine a lot of the clubs have changed. Music wise probably best to go for EDM stuff, probably not Hip Hop.

Looking for some good ideas and hopefully so good contacts to help us would be great too...panicking a bit here as its getting close.

Got a quote for Limo to The Cosmopolitan so looking at doing that...works out pretty good for 9 of us...other guy arrives later that day.

Thursday 11th - ? Prob won't look to do bottle service so looking for ideas on a good night on Thursday

Friday 12th AM - playing golf at 8am...not sure if we will all make it . Ideas for Friday night? Been quoted $325 per person for VIP at XS, 4 bottles and mixers not including gratuity not sure if that is any good? Seems quite expensive and would be too much for some peoples budget. Will Calvin Harris at Omnia be ridiculously busy and not worth it it you're not doing tables and VIP? Are there any other alternatives?

Saturday 13th AM - Looking at doing a full day at Marquee, so Dayclub, dinner at STK then maybe marquee without VIP at night

Sunday 14th - No plans for day time or night time, suggestions would be great

Monday 15th - No plans so far yet either.

Tuesday - 16th No plans either so far.

Where to start. You really need to work out what your budget is and scale it up from there. $3250 for 4 bottles without tits and taxes seems ridiculous. Bottles are around $650 which only gets you to $2600 + 28% tips and taxes is $3328 . Anyway, let's assume your budget is $200 per man based on the weakest link. That simply isn't going to be enough as 10 guys will guzzle 4-5 bottles relatively easily. If we work on the basis 5 bottles, in most places that is 5*650 + tips and taxes +host tip and you're looking more like $4500 all in. There are nights this can be cheaper but I will go through that below.

Thursday 11th - if you just wants bars you could always go to Carnival Court or just check out hotel bars
Friday - if you want to go to XS you're looking at the above. However speak to Bobby Yeadon and he will tell you what he can do within the budget. Be warned, getting a table for 10 guys based on 3 bottles is a false economy. You WILL drink considerably more than that.
Sat - dayclub and nightclub - if you don't want to get bottles then you can buy presales from wanttickets for both. However with 10 guys I cannot see how it would work overly well. Especially at night as Marquee is a shit show without a table.
Sun - now this is where you can make you $ stretch. XS and Drais will do bottle deals which almost means you can get 2 bottles for 6/700$. Depends on the night though and who is performing. Need to speak to Bobby on XS.
Mon - XS and Marquee. XS have deals. I assume Marquee qould.
Tues - Hyde / Omnia - not sure on deals

So personally my order of priority would be:
1. work out your budget - don't try and do every night if your group can't stretch that far
2. work out an itinerary based on budget

Seeing these threads pop up often, I've come to the conclusion that the best place to start is figuring out what your expectations are going into the weekend.

I think the first main question that should be asked is: are you comfortable doing presale/GA for a night or 2 OR if you're going to a club, do you HAVE to get bottle service.

This first question will dictate the type of answer that we can provide before getting into the nitty gritty of pricing and club suggestions, etc.

1st transport to hotel- its about 2 miles from the airport- that's about 10-15 minutes
you can walk it if you were feeling adventurous, take the wax bus from the airport for $2 each and have a short walk or get the limo. In order to get some value out of the limo- stop by the Las Vegas sign for a photo before hotel drop off see if limo will do that for free.
To help you plan nightclubs open from 11pm with headline djs around 1am going till around 5am
pool parties open from 11am with headline djs around 3pm going till around 6pm

Thursday night you can pregame at chandelier bar at cosmo and then encore beach club @ night pool party.
Friday afternoon: pool party cosmo free entry with room key
Friday night: presale tickets $50 each Calvin Harris Omnia- Omnia is newest club in vegas and Calvin is very big dj.
Sat afternoon- pool party Kaskade encore beach/ Calvin Harris is at Wet republic
sat night-xs
sun afternoon- encore beach/wet republic
sun night- xs nightswim!
mon night- marquee free room key entry
tues night- omnia

all strip clubs do free limo/free entry and most do $100 bottle specials before 8 or 9pm and are open 24/7 do those around the pool party/nightclub schedule meaning before or after

Thursday we got a good deal for a table at Tryst. I'm assuming Tryst is still pretty good on a thursday night?

Friday - People are thinking Calvin Harris at Omnia, i'm uncertain on this. What time do you have to get to Omnia if you have presales? Do you still queue up with everyone else who want general admission? Is this possible with 10 guys? Never done presales before, what ive done previously is split up into smaller groups and tip the bouncer to let us in.

10 guys for presale is fine. get there by 11 and you'll get in within 20 min.

I recommend Drai's at the Cromwell. Great club.
