  • Bachelor Party Itinerary July 23-26th

    Hey Guys,

Planning a bunch of guys going to Vegas for my bachelor party July 23 (Thur) - 26th (Sun). Ive been to Vegas a good amount of times and used this site to plan my buddies bachelor party (thanks). We will be having a lot of guys coming on this trip (20+) with a variety of different budgets and different ages (25-65). Going out, we will probably have around 12-16 guys per night. We are staying at the Wynn and I want to get a schedule that is both budget friendly (sort of) and fun as well. A majority of the guys have never been to Vegas before so they do not know what to expect. Here is a rough agenda:

Thurs day: arrive check out Wynn pool and strip
    Thur night: Tryst Goose special
Fri day: Wynn pool (doing it to spend time with older crowd that will not go to pool parties)
Fri night: A-trak at Light (any deals at Light on friday?) or Drais (bottle specials?)
Sat day: Zedd at EBC (what am I looking at for that many guys?)
Sat night: Skrillex at XS (dont really care for Skrillex but really like XS)

I am planning to tell my guys $300/pp per event. With that budget, how are my tables looking? Should I suggest more?

Thanks in advanced, this site is a blessing!

At Drais you can do 2/900 or 3/1200 bottles of vodka.

how do you feel about doing presale one night?

You could always do presale either fri night or sat night and then use that extra money on the other night plus at ebc to get a much better location.

Is that Drais deal good on Friday?

Also I think I am leaning against presale since there are so many guys. Another option would be to go to old vegas friday night but I am leaning against. I think I will have them hooked after Thursday night at Tryst so hopefully the budgets get looser after that.

Any idea what I am looking at for table at XS with that large of a group? $300 a head cover it?

with presale, it doesn't really matter how many guys you have. I went this past mdw with 15 guys and had no problem with presale.

Think about it, over a 1000 people buy presale so if your group is even 10-15, that will be a fraction of the presales they sell.
