  • Advice needed: land this Thurs & looking for nightlife

In a bachelor party group of 8 that lands this Thursday (5/28) and looking for a good nightlife spot for my crew to go out the first night. This probably won't be our "big" night in terms of spending cash but would like to find a cool spot to hang and drink.

Doesn't have to be a club and bottle service, but want the Vegas experience for everyone since many of them are new to Vegas. Any direction?

I think you've got a couple options here. You do have some club options if you are interested. You could also do Omnia which only has the Terrace area open on Thursdays so it would be more chill than a regular club and the view from the terrace is supposed to be fantastic. Similar idea is Drai's which has a very large rooftop area/terrace as well, plus the full club open inside. In either case you could just do pre-sales and get a couple drinks and keep costs down.

Similiar options to the above but less "club-ish" are places like Ghostbar or Foundation Room, again for a nice view.

Besides those, you've got a bunch of good bars in the Cosmo. And the new bar/lounge at Aria called Alibi is supposed to be good as well.

I'm sure others will jump in with some more suggestions!

        Tao or Bank maybe?
I would check both of their calendars and see what spot works best for your crew.

I'd second what ART said. Hak or EBC at night.

Nothing is more Vegas than people watching at Carnival Court with strong drinks.

With the context you provided, I would just roam the various casino bars and walk the strip. So it'll be good to let the newbies "absorb" the scene and get all hyped up. Weather is gonna be nice this weekend too.

As mentioned Cosmo/Aria is a good place to start.
              Next trip: ???

Is the rooftop part usually open? When we went last month on a Sunday night, the pool area was closed even though the weather was amazing. One girl tried to walk out the door to the outside and out of nowhere this huge security dude blocked her and she bounced right off of him, was pretty funny. When we were there there were a few couches for bottle service right outside and thats it.

I was going to suggest Cosmo and do the bars on each level around the chandelier.

Could always do a bottle deal at Tryst. It would be pretty cheap for 8 peeps.

I think roaming the strip is fun but I always feel its a waste of a night. I'd rather jump right in and start partying to get my blood flowing for the weekend. that's just me though.
