Setup: even group of 40 people in Sin City May 14-18, including a subgroup of 10 guys willing do to BS on a certain budget.

Lineup:
• Thursday-Hak-Tiesto
• Friday-Omnia-Armin
• Saturday-Hak-Tiesto
• Sunday-Nightswim-Zedd
• Monday-XS-RLGrime
We’re doing 4 pool parties in between (Friday-Monday).

Budget: Factor 15k$ all in – so basically 10k$ worth of alcohol – thus I’m guessing 2 nights at a 4k$/5k$ quote (or else if you see fit) and presale the others.

Which nights would you pick to do BS and why?

Also, would bringing in 6-8-10 girls from our group (all 7-9s) help or hurt?... (Help in getting a better location… or hurt in having those minimums going up even though they are ladies… better strategy to let them join us once inside?)

2. Armin is a legend, his energy is unbelievable & if you have the funds, which you do, I would not miss it.

Thanks for the reply ccc - yes, everyone in the group has Exodus wristband so getting in the club/pool isn't the issue - it has more to do with real estate once inside and trying to maximize that 15k$ all in between these 9 events...

I was leaning towards Thursday/Hak - minimums will be way lower than Saturday night, but then again we might die going there with presale Saturday!... The only pool worth doing table/cabana would be Saturday-Wet-Calvin Harris as this could get crowded in a hurry in the main pool...

We're going at Omnia for sure Friday night - I'm trying to figure out if it's GA-friendly enough to make sure we keep our 15k$ all in budget on nights at Hak and Nightswim - or if we try and split Friday/Omnia (7.5k$ all in) and Saturday/Hak (7.5k$ all in)...

I probably would do bottle service one of the nights at Hakk. Thursday probably would get you more, but doing Saturday would help with the craziness that is Saturday GA at Hakk. And then either Nightswim on Sunday or XS Monday. Probably Monday to end the trip on a high note unless there are concerns that not everyone is going to have the energy for Monday then do Sunday instead. Omnia is supposedly more GA friendly with more room to spread out so I probably would do GA there.

As to getting a better location by adding additional girls, I am not sure. But if it is already 10 guys then adding another 10 girls is probably a no-go as the table only allows you to have so many walk in. Now an option could be have 5 guys and 5 girls walk in for the table and have the others use their wristbands to get in and then join you at the table, but not sure that really gets you a better location either.

The ratio, if your getting BS, doesn't matter regarding price. It's real estate. I'd do the 10 guys on the table have the girls get in with wristbands. They'll get in faster anyway than the guys.

I think BayArea hit in on the head with 3 good options. Hak isn't GA friendly so getting BS one of those nights would make things much more fun (do thursday if you want a better deal, do sat if you want some real estate to hang out in with the craziness). XS is GA friendly so less value from doing it there, from that standpoint.

What about doing BS on sunday day? So, you'd do BS on sat night and sunday day.

A risk though that some people might not be keen to back up a night with BS immediately with BS the next morning.

I'm leaning toward doing BS Sat-Hak even though it'll be the most expensive night real estate wise - simply because Hak can be a hassle on GA... From what I'm reading Omnia seems GA-friendly enough to do BS at Nightswim on even starting the trip with a bang Thurs-Hak (and maybe getting those Vegas virgins to up their ante on BS budget for a third night)... I'm thinking of not committing to BS for Monday-XS since it'll be the 9th event in 5 days - we might lose a few warriors along the way...

I'm with you on guys-only for BS... everyone has a wristband so we can all get their a bit later (and predrink hard) - guys with BS and ladies won't have trouble getting in...

For GA-friendliness... I'm thinking Monday-XS >> Friday-Omnia > Nightswim >> Thursday-Hak > Saturday-Hak...

We're at Drai's on Sunday afternoon - I've done it with daybeds and presale... not sure if we want to commit BS-budget to it... we might have to do it for Saturday-Wet-Calvin Harris though...

Given you're schedule, I think you hit the nail on the regarding GA friendliness.

I'd really try to save BS for the venues that you'd really need it (even though the cost might be higher).

It makes the most sense to double up on BS both on Sat, however it kinda sucks to blow your wad on BS all on one day...

Agreed - I'll try and make sure we do BS on Thursday at Hak, aiming for the front row of Pavilion which could come relatively cheap and show our Vegas virgins that a real estate spot does wonders - hoping that it ups their ante for a double dose of BS on Saturday (can't be doing GA at Hak that night - I'm 6'4/220 and still want to die when trying to get on the dance floor)...
