how does it work?

theres 4 of us coming over from Liverpool UK in sept, 1st till 8th. 2 couples.

We are after getting a table at a club (dont know which one yet).

so my question is how does it work?

Do you pay in advance, then have a "free" bar until your money has ran out? or do they bill you at the end? what about any extra dinks?

what about when you leave your table, is it yours all night to come and go from as you please?

If i was to book a table, would i have to pay it now or pay on arival?

Does it work the same for pool partys? were after a day bed at wet republic aswell.

bottle service in vegas at nightclubs/pool parties is a combination of bottle prices/ table location/ tax/tips/ demand/ dj.
Some clubs charge $550 bottle + 28%-40% tax/tip so could be roughly $750 a bottle

also Labor day weekend is Sept 5,6,7

You will get quoted a minimum spend+ tax/tip and can then make a reservation.
You don't pay now.
And you are best to wait on lineups to decide which events to attend.

When you set up table service depending on the location of the table that you want you will have a certain minimum spend to meet. At the nightclubs you meet the minimum primarily with bottles, they also sell buckets of beer, waters, redbulls, shots but those alone won't be enough to meet a decent sized minimum. At the pools you can also meet your minimum with bottles but its recommended you do pitchers of their specialty drinks, food, shots, beers, etc. instead. The tables is yours for the day/night and you'll have unlimited free standard mixers and a waitress to pour your drinks. A busser to refill your ice, bring clean cups and clean up any mess you guys may make. A security guard will also be there to look after your and surrounding tables.

As mentioned above there are additional fees to the table minimum. 8.1% sales tax, 20% auto gratuity for your waitress and 10% Live entertainment tax at some venues

Its also worth thinking about how many events you will attend- you could go to 11 events while your there-
Your probably not thinking $1500 x 11= $16,500. So you will look at lineups, get quotes, might do a combination of tables and presale tickets.

Wednesday- Light
Thursday- Choice of - Ebc@night, Hakkasan, Omnia, Drais, Tao, Tryst
Friday- pool party
Friday night- choice of everything (all clubs open)
Saturday- Pool party
Saturday night- choice of everything (all clubs open)

Sunday night- nightswim XS + choice
Monday- pool party
Monday night- XS, Marquee, maybe Omnia

no chance of us doing a club every night, maybe 3/4 and wet republic. Only one of the club nights will be a table, we will pre book tickets for the others so we get in.

You may be able to get something in that range, but Labor Day weekend traditionally has the highest mins of the year, behind NYE, Memorial Day and this year Mayweather/Paqiuao.

Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Tryst- bottle special
Thursday- Tao 1 bottle min.
Thursday- Drais get two vodka choice for $600 + tax/tip
Friday, Saturday, Sunday- Life@sls 1 bottle min back wall $750 total
Saturday, Sunday foxtail pool party at sls, 1 bottle min lilly pad $750

will 1 bottle last all night- etc
also table location, dj etc

i think we would defo need 2 bottles for the 4 of us or at least 1 bottle and a load of bud/alchopops and shots.

For bottle service Thursday would probably be the best deal as the next night is the start of Labor Day weekend.

You arrive on a Tuesday, I'm sure there will be some jet lag adjustments. Wednesday's are pretty much dead in Vegas for clubs.

Thursday start the weekend party right with Tryst or Tao and their bottle deals.

From there pre sale tix for everything else.

right so i think im getting there. Thursday bottle service somewhere, Fri, Sat, Sun pre booked tickets to see Calvin harris, dimitri vegas and like mike, david guetta, danny avila and who ever else takes our fancy . one day at wet republic also. gonna be a great week hopefully.
