  • Table Service for Girl's Weekend

    Hi All

Trying to plan a bachelorette for a group of 16 ladies, between the ages of 28 and 40, on Saturday April 25th. Have never done table service in Vegas so not sure exactly how it works - do we contact the club directly or is it better to use a promoter? Also which bar would you suggest?

    Thanks!

    welcome
bottle service in vegas is a combination of bottle prices/ table location/ tax/tips/ demand/ dj.
Some clubs charge $550 bottle + 28%-40% tax/tip so could be roughly $750 a bottle
less in demand clubs will have specials

1st- have a look at nightclub calendars lineups to get an idea of dj and club you would like to go to
2nd contact nightclub and promoter and see what they are offering

Generally an all girl group will get free entry on a guestlist with a group that large and depending on demand you can probably sit at a table until its sold/ meet some guys inside

also pool parties are great look into that also
FYI: pool parties open around 11am with headline djs on around 3pm going till around 6pm and nightclubs open around 11pm with headline djs on around 1am going till around 5am

so hit a pool party in the afternoon, get some rest, have something to eat, then hit a nightclub

Have you lined up dinner yet for the bachelorette party?

Wife and her gf's did the Wynn's Bachelorette party package and had a blast:

        http://www.xslasvegas.com/bachelorette/

Her maid of honor filled out the form and they were in touch within 24 hours.

They did the complimentary clublife package and were able to go from Surrender to Tryst with no problem just by contacting the host assigned to them.

You can add on to the packages as you will see at the bottom of the pdf file. When you go to the link on the left click on view packages.

Wife's group did the Society Encore one and said they had way to much food that they had to leave at the table for their group of 14.

        Hope this helps.

Thanks for the replies! Here is what our weekend looks like so far:

Thursday - Tao (any ideas on how to get a guest list)
          Friday - Omnia
          Saturday - Haak (bottle service)

Does this look like a good itinerary? Looking for clubs that may gear towards a bit more of an older clientele (does that exist?) and hoping for ones that aren't soley EDM.

            Ummmmm.....

Friday at Omnia when you are there is Calvin Harris. Have you bought pre sale tickets yet? Will probably be a mad house as it is the newest club on the block with the biggest crowd drawing dj in Vegas.

Sat at Hakkasan is oh by the way Tiesto. Another huge crowd drawing dj.

So Fri and Sat will be pretty much EDM. Now Calvin to me is more commercial since his set primarily is his hit songs redone and such but the rest of the time it will be pretty much EDM.

Have you considered possibly doing a pool party on Saturday instead of a table Saturday night? The minimum spend is for both food and beverages which gets you more bang for your buck. Plus you can do pitchers of specialty drinks and such. Just a thought.

            Hope this helps.

I only get to Vegas a couple times a year so I lean heavily on this website when we are planning bottle service. This site has never let us down. There are three of us (guys in mid 30's) with bottle service plans at Tryst on Saturday the 25th. We fully realize that this is a lower tier club but Bobby Yeadon was really helpful and I believe it is not all EDM (I think DJ Tay James is there that night). Reasonable prices too. We are also doing The Bank on Friday the 24th, which I know is not their best night and that it is also a lower tier club. However, we seem to have the most fun at the clubs that aren't all EDM and where we can get a solid deal. Anyhow, I only know a fraction of what the other forum members know but I still wanted to speak up in case it helps you out at all.

              Good luck -

Every club will have plenty of people in your age range (between the ages of 28 and 40). You don't need to worry about looking for clubs with an older clientele.

Dont worry about age range at all. That being said, the older end of your group would love the Chandalier at Cosmo! Not for the whole night, but a good place to stop by

Thoughts on Ghost Bar for Thursday, will it be busy?

Also what is LAX like here days? Bottles are obv cheaper there on Sat night than Haak. Haven't been in years, any idea if it's still a good time?

I don't think many of us have been to LAX in a while. Have you considered Hyde @ Bellagio (nice view of the Bellagio fountains) or Tryst@ Wynn (nice waterfall)? They will be cheaper than the Tier 1s and you'll be able to get some bottle deals.

Not sure on Ghostbar on thursday either, but perhaps you could check out Drai's (with a nice view from the rooftop) or Tryst - which will have bottle specials. Since it's industry night, you could get a cheaper deal at Hakkasan or Omnia if you wanted to check out a Tier 1.
EastCoast: "I will preach. Vegas is easy. So easy. Either be rich or good looking (or mooch off someone who is one of those). If you are neither, then sit back, let the rich and/or good looking people sort their shit out, and then take their scraps. Booking early is not going to get you ahead of the rich and/or good looking people. Sucks unless you are rich or good looking. But that's what makes Vegas so great. It is completely transparent."

No to both of those TMD. LAX is an appalling club, youd be mad to go there.

Ghost Bar also is long down the list.

I wouldn't of thought the actual cost of a bottle being the main concern but more the high minimum prices for anywhere semi decent at Hak on a sat night. But that said, what's your budget?

Unless everyone loves Tiesto I would try one of the newer lower tier clubs who still have top dj's such as Life, Light, Drais at a fraction of the cost. Forget about LAX....

Hyde, Tryst and 1oak are also great value options with lesser DJ.s.

With regards to Thursday, if you want a view you could go to Foundation Room at Mandalay pre Tao or swap Tao for Drais which has a great view and is much more general admission friendly than Tao. - you might even get comped an outdoor table

Thanks so much for your reply . I've never been to Drais so think checking that out on a Thursday is a great idea! Trying to avoid Tryst (every time I been to Vegas I nd up there lol). I will look into Hyde for Daturday night. Not sure what our budget, I'm going with a group of 15 women so it's like herding cats lol
