MDW -- Planning Help Divorce Party

I've spent a lot of time searching the threads, reading stories and really appreciate everyone's insight! Got 3 guys maybe a 4th, all in our early 30's coming in MDW Fri - Mon. Two of us have been to Vegas before and we're popping the divorcee's cherry. We want to go big for our divorced friend and show him what he's been missing! He found out his wife had been cheating on him for 6 months, found they were exchanging some pretty nasty pics back and forth, it was ugly..

After researching the threads it seems like we did it all wrong our previous trips haha. Didn't realize MDW was so damn expensive! But hopefully it's worth it? We're staying at the Cosmo, this a good option for MDW?

We'd ideally like to get a table Friday and Saturday night but know the minimums are going to be out of control at the Tier 1 clubs. Is it worth spending the extra $$ to do it big both nights? If not what's the must go to event? Below is a rough outline, I'd really appreciate any advice you're willing to give!

Friday Night (TABLE):
1. Kaskade - XS
2. Hardwell - Hakkasan

Saturday Day:
1. Kaskade - EBC, GA (if we don't see Kaskade Friday Night)
2. Benny Benassi; Marquee, GA

Saturday (TABLE):
1. Martin Garrix, OMNIA
2. Dash Berlin, Marquee
3. Diplo, Surrender
4. AVICII, XS
5. Calvin Harris, Hakkasan

Sunday Day:
1. Relax at the Boulevard Pool; well not really relax, just not a day club.
2. Cedric Gervais; Marquee, ga

Sunday Night: 1. XS Night Swim (can't miss Nightswim according to everyone)

That is stacked. I will be the first to ask whats thr budget per guy per night?

The Cosmo is a fantastic spot to be at. Lots of bars, beautiful ladies and overall fun vibe.

You cant really go wrong with your Saturday night. I would chalk it up to musical taste and the numbers host throw your way really.

Saturday day I would definitely say Encore ovee Marquee. Marquee is great and is a good plan B But EBC will be amazing I would imagine.

Is it wrong of me to ask where the strippers are in this agenda
I would feel that would be mandatory to the healing process.

Tim Thanks! I appreciate the feedback! Trying to stay around $1k/night max. That Still not sure on the table mins, hopefully we can afford it haha. Not a huge fan of AVICII lately, but I know XS will draw a good crowd. Diplo might be a good time, but I've never seen him live.

Strippers are definitely in the agenda, just not sure if it's gonna be Friday, Saturday night or both!

I would just start sending out some feelers from hosts and use the host service here. I would pick up presale tickets asap as I believe they don't typically go down.

I'm going that same weekend, so here's my recommendation.

Fri: Kaskade at XS (I think this might be one of the best shows of the weekend)

Sat day: Options - I prefer EBC but Kaskade is playing again (I think I'm still going anyway) but WET or MDC could def be a good option

Sat night: Martin Garrix at Omnia should be a great show. new club, up and coming dj.

Sunday day: you could relax by the pool OR since you're a group of guys in your 30's, I'd HIGHLY recommend checking out Exotic Racing. Nothing would help more getting over a divorce than driving a Ferrari around a track at 150+ mph.

Sunday night: hit up XS for nightswim. totally different party than anything else.

Regarding BS, you could always connect with other people on here to split tables to lessen the cost. 500/person per night should be more than enough to get you a pretty great location if you split it with a couple extra people (prob around 6-8 total)

Should be a great time popping your buddies vegas cherry!

Would be interested to see what pricing you get quoted for that weekend for those venues as we are also going to vegas that weekend and doing bottles as well. Have a group of 12 right now.

I'll let you know what I get quoted, but definitely thinking it's a good idea to get a few more in to distribute the cost a little. Looking to spend 1k/per person per day.
