Vegas planning help

I’m hoping for a little help here. My brother and i are going to Vegas on June 22nd for 7 nights. We are visiting America for the first time so the whole general admition/presale/bottle service is new to us. We are age 24 and 22 so fairly young and into the same music Vegas clubs offer like chart/house/hip hop.

The plan so far is to visit a top club 4-5 times out of the 7. On the other 2-3 nights, we want to have some nights out away from $15 drinks in super packed nightclubs. Fremont Street seems a nice choice for the experience and we could head into gold diggers or some other bar with a dance floor. Another night we may head to eye candy lounge or gold boutique. A club crawl also appeals to us. Which is the most recommended?

Back to the nightclub help. We want to do the presale option, our budget falls well short of bottle service, especially for just 2 people. We are NOT interested in seeing special guest DJs like Calvin Harris, alesso, avici etc..We have "been there, done that" all before back in Europe. We are interested in normal nights with a resident dj. Famous DJ nights are too pricey and crowded which can end up not being a good time. Could you recommend which clubs to visit on what nights?

As i said, we plan on visiting these big clubs maybe 5 nights but we aren’t sure which nights yet. We kind of want to visit Fremont Street one night on maybe Friday. Also, how much cheaper would presale tickets be for a resident dj night compared to David Guetta/Calvin Harris nights? Will we be able to move?

1st- since you haven't been to vegas before you really have not "been there, done that"
The top clubs are amazing!
2nd Presale tickets are going to run you around $35 a guy if you buy early- that is as low as they go if you don't want to spend $35 for just entry- going to have to do bars. Friday/Saturday tickets will increase in price and could approach $100-125 depending on the event.
3rd- have a look at lineups to get ideas but something to think about
Monday- XS
Tuesday- Omnia
Wednesday- light
Thursday-encore beach@night, Hakkasan
Friday afternoon- pool party
Friday night- you choose
Saturday afternoon- pool party
Saturday night- you choose
Sunday afternoon- pool party
Sunday night- XS Nightswim

4. also FYI: Friday and Saturday are the busy nightclub days and Saturday and Sunday the big pool party days. Nightclubs open around 11pm headline djs on around 1am going till around 5am. Pool Parties open around 11am with headline djs on around 3pm going till 6pm. So you want to do any sightseeing etc around those days/times. For example Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday morning you might think about taking a bus trip to the grand canyon.

Monday-Wed are slower nights (for Vegas) so you should be ok there. I agree with XS Mon, Omnia Tues, and Light Wed, but you also have the option of Marquee on Monday, 1OAK and Hyde on Tuesday, and Surrender on Wed. Drai's Beachclub at Night is Tuesdays also I think.

as a guy group you might get free entry on guestlist to a place like ghostbar or foundation room but since your coming long distance I would hit those big name clubs

Thanks for the replies. Some nice suggestions there..we may have many of our nights sorted now. When do you suggest buying tickets?

When I said been there, done that..I meant seeing the top DJs, not really interested in seeing them again..hopefully there are a few resident DJ nights when we arrive.

XS will have a big name headline dj and Tryst will have a local person. If your going presale both are going to cost about the same depending when you buy. So your better off to pick XS

You should buy tickets after looking at lineups and compare- go with what you like as some dj might be edm, hip hop, trance, etc

where do i go to find out what is on in the clubs on certain nights? im not sure if lineups/events would even be announced yet for the dates im going. looking to buy tickets ASAP for the nights we plan on visiting mega clubs to get it out of the way.

Why I mention- xs is a great club- #1 in terms of revenue, very general admission friendly with a expansive area. Plus Zedd and Avicii are going to draw strong crowds. Really good deal at $35

i guess i have everything i need now to make our own decision on where to go and when all thanks to you people. one final set of questions. if we plan on getting to a club at opening time is there any need for presale tickets? which works out cheaper?

maybe we should go with presale just to be on the safe side of things.

I have never seen GA cheaper than presales. And prices continue to go up the closer to the event.

The presale line will also move a lot faster so you don't need to get there right at opening - you can pregame heavily then hit the club just before it starts to get peak period

presale is lowest cost.
Presale tickets usually increase in price or sell out as it gets closer. Also door price is higher and the entry lines can be awful for paying day of. Realize each of these clubs will have several thousand people. You don't just walk up with no line at open.
