MDW 2015 - What to Expect

This is our first time coming to vegas during MDW. We are about 12 guys right now and we are content with spending $5 to $7K (before taxes and tip) for each pool party and night party. We have never been so don't know what to expect on how busy it will be..does it matter what club? Likely hood of getting our tables bumped at each venue.

Appreciate all the insight that people can share on this type of weekend.

Mdw is probably the busiest weekend of the year for vegas. Its going to be crazy busy but itll be one hell of a time. With that said it sounds like your doing your due diligence before hand.

That budget should get you a pretty good location at any of the top tiers.

As long as you fill out a Cc Auth you're not going to get bump

Pick the places and djs you want to see then contact a host for that venue. Many people can give recommendat ions if you need them.

It gets ugly. You should be good for mid-tier tables and cabanas with that budget but expect (and be prepared) to get bumped if you arrive 30 mins late to any booking unless you have long standing relationships with the venue.

From what I have seen, you are more likely to get bumped at the pool than the club on MDW. If someone turns up and lays down $12.k for the cabana you are out.

XS and EBC on the Saturday last year was ridiculous, I am looking at the pictures on my phone now that I took. For XS I stood on the top of the booths at the end which surround the dance-floor and danced the night away.

as long as you fill out a credit card authorization, the chance of getting bumped is pretty small. Just make sure you show up early, like 11ish. 1030 if you can.
