  • Omnia - reviews, GA, BS

Haven't seen many reviews yet on Omnia but I will say that it looks pretty amazing from the photos/videos I've seen so far. I was leaning towards Drais for Saturday, May 9th but am considering Omnia now.

    1) How GA friendly is the club? Is there room to move around on the dancefloor?

    2) Anybody seen Nervo spin? Is it a good party? I'm a huge EDM fan but don't know Nervo very well.

    3) Any idea what BS deals might be available? Would be looking for the cheapest table. Being on the patio would be fine.

    Thanks!

No bottle deals Saturday's, and I think you'd still be looking at 2k for patio.

Does the patio have a separate DJ? Or is the sound piped out there from the main room?

was there on sunday. The guestlist line is just like the pure "line" where it is just a mob of people trying to get in. They do have a separate line for all girl guestlists from what i saw and a separate line for ticket holders which seemed to move the fastest. I didnt have a chance to make to it upstairs or to the patio but the sky boxes looked huge and they overlook the whole club. there were other areas behind them which i guess were tables i just couldnt get a look.

unlike hakkasan upstairs at omnia has an area in the center for GA crowd and it has a good view of the club. Behind the DJ booth there are two tiers of seating. Thats where our table was and what im assuming were the stage tables. In front of the dj booth there were 3 tiers of seating. the club was a bit dark for the most part, maybe it was just the night i was there but there wasnt enough lights imo. Those three rings and jelly fish looking thing in the middle were really cool. They do all sorts of things with them and there are acrobats at times. bathrooms signs and other signs to get to the other rooms and upstairs are very well visible so it's easy to navigate around the club. One thing i didnt like was the the fans were on full blast at all the tables. It was really cold but the waitress said that was only gonna be for the first two weeks.

It's as bgood as advertised. I've had a table in main room and hip hop (Heart of Omnia, the old main room of Pure) both were insane. The club is GA friendly but does have bottle necks, the patio is awesome. The thing I like about it is that they put $$ in every inch of the club, not just around the DJ booth. The lights and effects, LEDs, etc.. are all around you 360 degrees. Great designed club, I like the layout and design a lot more than Hakk and I think most are going to see what I mean. It's all on same (each room, area( level except patio, which is cool, no elevators needed, etc.. . It is massive though, I got lost in there haha! NO BAD tables anywhere in main room and all are very large booths, even mezz level is great. Good layout and room for GA on the mezz too. NO BOTTLE DEALS DON'T EVEN ASK. They won't sit anything under 1500 min also, anywhere in the clubs.

How are the dance floor table and the tier 2 tables? Where would you say is the best spot in the main room. Also thinking of going on Saturday May 23 (MDW) for Garrix how much would those tables roughly run?

I don't think it was posted before - if so, apologies.
