On a weekend night does the club really matter?

I mean almost all the decent clubs are going to be packed right? If your doing bottle service is it really worth it to pay the higher price for the top few clubs compared to the good tier 2 clubs that are going to have much cheaper table minimums? Unless your really into the music and want to see a particular DJ I tend to think your just as good heading to a tier 2. Thoughts??

On a side note how is Tryst on Saturday and is there any table location considerations I need to take into account if I go here? Are the tables somewhat close to dance floors?

It's all about what you make of it. Are you (your group) the type to have fun no matter what and enjoy yourselves?
I've had tables at XS, tables at 1OAK, GA at Tryst - heck even GA at places like LAX back before I knew anything in 2008 and we've always had a great time no matter what.

It can make a difference. Having a dancefloor table in a half full club, with the tables near you empty can put a damper on your night.
