  • Exodus Las Vegas May 14-18

So, I'm going for a week to Vegas, and I was looking for events going on in that particular week and I saw Exodus Las Vegas, it's like 5 pool parties, 4 nightsclubs (or the other way around) in some good clubs (Hakassan, Marquee etc). While we're going to Vegas with two guys I thought it would be a good option because otherwise you'll have to be in line forever. You'll probably have to be inside early but that's not a problem.

Anyone else going? Or did go before?

I went last two years…and will be going again this year. No issues. Well executed.

Exodus does a great job, but the AOD will not be joining you folks this year. Avoiding RECON like the plague.

Since you've been there last year, do you know what the entrance times are for the pool party and nightclubs? Are they early? Or doesn't the time matter?

Not to hijack the thread, but I was thinking about going that weekend as well... are the pools/clubs during RECON that bad?

I'm curious as well. RECON is a huge convention and I have some industry colleagues that go - is it just a numbers thing or something else that is the issue?

If I recall…standard times…prob like 11am for pool parties and 10:30 or 11pm for the clubs for guaranteed entry. I remember last time we got to Light around 12am and Light made us pay extra to get in ($25 I think).

Still all in all, a great time and highly recommended. Can't wait for the next one!

I concur - standard times... Your wristband basically serves as a presale ticket (which at 120$ for 9 events is a great deal)... Clubs and pools lineup has been announced for 2015: Hak^2, Drais NC, XS, Omnia - Wet, Drai's BC, MDC - tier1 all over...

I'll be in vegas for these dates and I'm travelling on my own. Would this be worth while for a chick on her own?

I'm guessing that you can find promoters / hosts / group of guys that will let you go in for free (or close to it) to all your events... On the other hand, at 40$ for 9 events, the downfall of buying the wristband is minimal and it guarantees entry to top tier pools / clubs where you'll definitely meet group of guys more than willing to offer drinks...

No harm in buying a ticket I guess. I'm concerned about getting there and just having to queue for ages on my own which would suck!

If you're there by the predetermined time (ranging from 11pm-Saturday to midnight-Thursday/Monday) entry is hassle free... there is a designated entry line for Exodus wristbands.
