Will Halloween weekend still be good Sun-Wed?

I've been thinking of going all week since its been awhile. Flights are cheap for Sat-wed. I really wanted to go to experience Halloween, but are people still dressing up sun/monday? The week should be busier then normal with sema right?

I assume alot of people dont get down till Sat anyway right?
