  • 4 guys coming from the UK between 4-9th sept - bottle service, recommendations etc

    Hi everyone,

As the title suggests, coming over on the 4th sept for 5 nights and looking to get some partying done with as little queuing to get in / drinks as possible. Were staying in the Cosmo and as far as where to go, so far we havent got anything set in stone, although would like to do marquee day/night and XS. But no days in particular planned yet so open to suggestions.

Money wise we have a decent budget, probably about $600 each per night, should that get us a couple of good nights / days out?

Obviously if anyone could put us in contact with a good trustworthy host that could sort us out and take away the hassle that would be really appreciated! I have tried contacting marquee direct but not getting much luck in terms of responses and time is ticking...

Really cant wait for this, i have high hopes for vegas

    Cheers
    Steve

Hey Steve - welcome to the forums!

$600 per night for each guy would definitely be able to get you a good time! As far as clubs go, search the forums a bit for recommendations but here are some of the best clubs on each night you are there:

Thurs: Hakassan, Tryst, EBC at Night, Haze, Drais
Friday: All clubs open, top tier Light, XS, Marquee, Hak
Saturday: All clubs open, top tier Light, XS, Marquee, Hak
Sunday: XS Nightswim, Drais, Hak, Bank, Eclipse
    Monday: XS, Marquee

Do you have any music preferences? The top clubs are primarily EDM, while some of the best hip-hop/top 40 spots are 1OAK/Hyde. If music is a big factor to you, check out the clubs websites to see who is DJ'ing at each venue - might help you decide.

Don't bother contacting the clubs directly - reach out to any of the forum approved hosts. There are hosts for each club, you'll see them in one of the top threads on the main page. If you'd rather just let one host handle your whole trip for you then I'd recommend one of the following 4 guy - all get TONS of love on the forums:

Joey Orr 586.873.4876 - [email protected]
Bobby Yeadon Bobby Yeadon - 708-714-0280 - [email protected]
Noah Ortiz 323.919.6529 - [email protected]
Issac Kaz Curry 702.900.6755 - [email protected]

There are lots of other amazing host, but these are 4 of the more popular ones on the boards. Personally, I will be in town this coming weekend and I just had Joey set me up for my several clubs and pool parties for the whole trip. On other trips I've worked directly with various hosts for each club.

I'm sure others will chime in with more detailed information/opinions for ya!

Just as an FYI the $2400 all in is worth about $1700. There is 20% auto gratuity, 8% sales tax on top plus handshake to the host. If LET is added for a top name dj that is another 10%.

Yeah have given Bobby a shout and he's going to give me a call later!

Where have you lads decided to go that weekend?

When they say the table is $1000 or whatever, is that basically you saying that your committing to spend at least $1000 in drink in order to get the table? Still struggling to understand it, dont want any horrible surprises at the end of the night being stung for a crazy bill :/

Yes. 1k is the minimum you are committed to spending for that table BEFORE the taxes, auto gratuity, handshake to the host.

              So 1k + 8 % sales tax ($80) + 20% auto gratuity ($200) + host tip/handshake ($200) + tip to runner/busboy($40) and security($50)

All in is $1570 with our group based on the tips we pay to the host, runner and security.

So 1k is basically 2 bottles for the whole night. If your group plans on drinking more than I would suggest telling the host your all in commit before hand which could lead to a better table.

Our group will do a 2k commit since we do invite girls to the table (liquor out of the bottle), grab shots (with chicks sometimes), etc. and the location is better due to the higher commit.

I suggest you get the cash from the boys up front before you walk in...trust me and many others will confirm they have run into the "I only have so much, I'll hit you up when we get back", etc. and you are on the hook no matter what.

              Hope this helps.

Ah ok cool, so in that case, if we decided to get more drink / shots etc on the night we still could do right? Just means you might have got a better table based on the amount you were spending?

They will definitely let you spend more than the minimum. All types of drinks (and food at pools) count toward your minimum, so lets say you get a bucket of beer, a Jack and Coke, and a 6 pack of Red Bulls in a addition to 2 bottles of vodka, they would add the prices of each of those together and then if you've satisfied your minimum with that you are charged the price + 8.1% tax + 10% LET + 20% gratuity. If you haven't satisfied the minimum they would ask you to order more or if you decline they will just charge the difference between the minimum and what you've already spent, bringing you to the minimum.

But yeah it's good to have an idea of how many drinks and therefore bottles you're wanting before you go so you can get the closest minimum to what you think you'll actually want to drink so you can get the best table possible. Some people choose to close their tab before really starting the night to prevent reckless spending, which clearly happens often as shown by the numerous photos of ridiculous receipts online. Remember 1 bottle = 17 shots, but don't forget if you bring a bunch of girls back to your table that can go quicker than expected. Vegas girls can drink!

Yeah thats pretty much how i understand it too. 1k plus taxes, grat and a handshake. We're in tryst on the sat night cos we didnt wanna spend a fortune.
