Ive been out to vegas plenty of time on weekends.
Been a while ive been out there during the week.
What are the best clubs to hit on tuesday-wedsnday?

Im looking for good table deals..since it would just be me and my wife
nothing too crazy but fun just for 2

Tuesday: Hyde, 1OAK, Drais (Yacht Club Night Pool Party)
Wednesday: Light, Surrender, Chateau

It's industry nights for these clubs so you should be able to get good value plays at each of these.
