Just want to confirm that XS is indeed lumping together presales with general admission now. I was there for my bachelor party the first weekend in August when Zedd cancelled on Saturday Night and that was the case. 5 different hosts/security told us there was only one line and no more separate line for presales. We waited for an hour and a half online before I said to hell with it and we just left. Sunday Night Swim with Major Lazer the following night. Same thing. We were even the first people online with tickets in hand and didn't matter that we had presales. We waited for 40 minutes before they let us in and said we could pay an extra $20 each to go in right away which we declined. Only got to enjoy the pool for 5 minutes before lightning struck. Totally ruined my experience. Makes me want to skip XS all together whenever I eventually go again if this is the new policy. Only a year ago I was walking into XS at midnight with presales for Avicii without even a 30 second wait while GA wrapped around the hall. Now this time we were lumped all together 2 nights in a row. Totally miserable.

What tickets are these? We're staying at Encore and leaning towards Nightswim for LDW. Is it something to purchase along with a presale or is it a ticket itself?Originally posted by artedm View PostPlus if your staying at encore you can get those tickets thru the concierge that let you jump the line.

For guests of both Wynn and Encore, a simple trip to the Concierge can get you a VIP Front Of The Line ticket. Available for any one of our 4 clubs: XS, Tryst, Surrender, and Encore Beach Club (in season), the ticket privilege costs an additional $5 plus club cover price. Be sure to book ahead, as it is only available during Concierge hours, 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Please note the Front Of The Line pass must be charged to your room.

So even if you go early and no one is in front of you...they'll make you wait to try to make money off you?? That is terrible. Looks like I will not be going to XS anymore.

I'll call to confirm, but do you know if "plus club cover price" is the same as a presale from wantickets?Originally posted by artedm View Posthttp://www.wynnsocial.com/feature/40...-the-line.html

This is typical shit done in everyday corporate world. Someone always feels like they have to make adjustments, just to make adjustments. I have a business background and thought about this move for a minute, and I still can't come up with the rational unless they want to cut down on staff, which can't be the reason. I guess they could save salary on two low level rope guys, but what is the point when you gross what XS does a year.

Rationale seems pretty straightforward to me. They want to make tickets as a way to get in for cheaper than GA but not faster than GA. What do you guys think?Originally posted by tr305 View PostThis is typical shit done in everyday corporate world. Someone always feels like they have to make adjustments, just to make adjustments.
