Birthday entrance for LDW Aug. 30-Sept 1

Hi everyone,

I am going on a much anticipated vacation to Vegas LDW with a group of friends and we have all bought our presale tickets for all events except for my friend, whose birthday is on Aug 31. What are his chances of getting into the clubs without buying presale tickets?

We are planning on going to:

August 30: Light - Sebastian Ingrosso
August 31: Martin Garrix - Wet Republic, Zedd - XS Nightswim
September 1: Calvin Harris - Wet Republic, Carnage: Marquee

Any help or advice would be helpful as well as if anyone could direct me to any contacts to help my friend have one hell of a birthday.

I find it very unlikely that your friend will get in anywhere without presale tickets even if it is their birthday, I'd say the same about any weekend but especially because it is LDW. If your friend is a Total Rewards or MLife member or signs up when in Vegas, they might get a free drink, I know I have gotten one on my birthday with Total Rewards before. Otherwise without a table Vegas treats people with birthdays like pretty much anyone else.

You don't have any pool parties listed, so that would be a thing to look at depending on how hard your group likes to party. Usually any hotel with a club has a corresponding pool party, the cover charge is usually slightly more expensive than what the nightclub would cost. There are plenty of threads with LDW suggestions and since you already have presale you probably won't want to split bottle service at a nightclub but you might find someone wanting to split a cabana at a dayclub.

I almost got turned down on my birthday because my license was expired ON THAT DAY and I even had a 3k min table lol.

Get in touch with a host (for each venue), say all but one of you has a pre-sale ticket, and tip the hell out of that host. Otherwise, you're looking at buying bottles, or a long-ass, possibly fruitless, wait in GA.

You have to understand the scale of the party- so LDW nightswim last year had 10,000 people, mdw nightswim this year had around 11,000
So its likely a few people are going to be celebrating a birthday
I don't know what your asking for but if you say to a host its my birthday- I think they are going to say what do you want to do- how much do you want to spend?
Its not like here is a free dance floor table and a couple of free bottles on one of the busiest nights of the year.

Yeah, all of the above and more. If your really trying to celebrate your friends birthday be a buddy and don't let him go up I ANY club thinking he is going to get ANYTHING (not even a 'happy birthday') for free in Vegas. It's just won't happen especially on a holiday like LDW...

No freebies. For their birthday, all of the other friends put the money together to buy their pre sale tix for that day and enjoy the party.

Thanks for all the replies! I think we are going with presale tickets since all of our friends already purchased presale. Either way, we're gonna have a hell of a time!
