Best lounges for drinks & conversation

I am looking for some lounges for after dinner drinks and hanging out. We don't want a nightclub where we have to yell to hear each other. Somewhere with a great atmosphere, good for drinks and conversation.

Any tips?

Yes I do. Cosmo has several levels to it. Bond is a little more "clubby" later in night. Even the lobby bar by the hotel check in is a good time!

I'll second Chandelier, always beautiful and it has 3 stories so usually at least one of them is nice and quiet for a late night chat. They also have really interesting cocktails, especially if they have some of their more exotic ingredients like their Szechuan buttons in stock.

That drink is UNBELIEVABLE! The best part is eating the button or bud... obviously.

A little late to the discussion but I have to agree, anything in the Cosmopolitan is great for drinks and conversation. The second level is best as it is more spacious and not as noisy if that makes sense. The first floor is more lively and awesome bartenders.
