LDW Help needed

4 of us guys (all in late 20's) in vegas that weekend, all our first time but having done alot of research on here i organised BS at marquee for the saturday night . Got pretty good deal but now theres a problem.

A couple of the guys feel that because its a big holiday weekend we dont need to book in anywhere and we should just go with the flow, their argument is all the bars will be busy so we can just hang about them and if we decide to hit one of the big clubs we will just try tip bouncer to get us in

What im looking for is few posts from people on here on why we should have the bottle service booked in and use it and why just going with flow might not be great idea ? e.g im afraid we do that , were all having good night and then they guys decide they want to hit up big club but sadly we cant as ques too long or whatever reason and we are left stuck


but if im wrong and you guys feel my friends are correct and we should just go with flow and decide on the night then please say so ..

just entry is different then bottle service.

Yes you can just hang around bars
But nightclubs are more of a show.
You should look at all the lineups and see what you like

If your looking for just entry do presale tickets.

For example Hakkasan / Wet Republic have an expedited entry line which is 2x the cover. For example if cover is $125 a guy then your looking at $250 a guy to cut the line with just entry.

If you guys have the money to throw around, then going with the flow is an option. You should have no problem finding a host or a bouncer to get you guys in for 2x or 3x times the normal GA ticket price you can get now. Getting BS last second on LDW though might be extremely difficult, if not impossible.

OK so having been to Vegas on LDW I think what your boys are suggesting is not a good idea. The fact its a holiday weekend makes it all the more important you arrange things. Not less.

Vegas is all about preparation, you fail to set anything up then you're gonna end up having a night where you only think you could be doing something better. If you just go to bars and you meet bunches of people heading off to nightclubs come 11 or 12 and youve been drinking what dyou think you're gonna wanna do?... Go to the clubs thats what. And by then its too late and youll be queueing for 2 or 3 hours offering crazy money to get in.

Paying $250 to get in on General Admission on expedited entry is fucking lunacy.

I presume the reason you're mates are taking this tack is cos of budget. Basically what ever you do, whether its bars or just "open" nights you're gonna do the best part of $500 whatever happens. Once you wake up the next morning after going to various bars, cabs, food and all that then i'll bet your bottom dollar you've each done close to that, especially LDW.

You take one of two options. You take that $500 and get table service at a club and have a proper crazy night in some of the best clubs in the world with the hottest women you can imagine, or you dont and you bar crawl trying to find a buzz, taking cabs round town not really knowing what bars are the spots to go to and just chasing your night. Vegas is not like lets say NYC where you can hit dive bars all over the place and have a fantastic night. All the bars are miles apart in hotels and might be good at 10pm and empty two hours later.

Say you go to a bar at the Cosmo and youre not feeling it... You cant exactly hop to the next one - you need to know, exactly, where you're going or youre just gonna run around the strip all night spending money on cabs and basically wasting it.

So - you need to do this. Choose your nights, and if budgets a problem you go to the industry nights that you can get specials on bottles. EG Tryst or Drais Thursdays where youll get 2 grey goose for $595. You wont find much on Friday or Saturdays but youll still be able to secure 2 bottle minimums at nearly every club in Vegas. You may not get "brilliant" tables - but a two bottle min at XS on Friday/Saturday will be fantastic even if you have an outside table.

If you've never been man you cannot just roll and see what happens. You'll miss out on so much.

I used to be the "go with the flow" "don't need bottle service" donk. Tomm0 is on point.

Add an additional scenario...you go to a club on LDW and now have to buy drinks once inside the club. Clusterfuck 101 is all I'll say on this one getting to and from the bar to your spot, if the bouncers aren't telling you to keep it moving, all night long, on a holiday weekend.

Personally, pool in the money for one epic night and go from there.
