I do not have the balls to msg a host directly asking what he can do for me. But other options to get free comps can include #vegas or #anything vegas related on instagram and promoters will hit you up on there; or walk the strip and promoters will try to get pictures of you to send to management for free table comps. Both has happened to me. Also to answer your question about if two girls can get a comp table? It will be hard since they prefer a group of girls, but it is not impossible. My friend and I got invited to a girls comp'd table with another group of girls. They weren't impressed that we were there, so we just bought our own drinks, lol.

I think this is so sad/funny. "I'm mad I have to share my free booze with others". I would much MUCH rather buy my own drinks than have to deal with that. You're setting yourself up for a crappy time if you feel entitled to free stuff just because you're a girl. Go out, have fun, and if you get free stuff BONUS.

It was funny. I tried talking to the other girls, but they were not friendly. That's why we bought our own drinks. We didn't even wanna bother with them.

If a host or promoter is going to be this rude and this desperate, then just block there number and find someone new.
Yep. Fortunately, he got fired, and, based on FB posts from some well-connected locals I'm friends with, he's looking at a new line of work...and probably not in Vegas.

That being said, we all know what is said in the back of the house of nightclubs, restaurants, and any other hospitality/entertainment venues. But when addressing potential customers, you have to be professional. I don't doubt a manager at Hakkasan has literally told promoters "Hey ya'll, no fatties", but those managers most certainly didn't tell them to refer to potential customers as whales and hippos. There's no need to disparage someone who is merely asking questions. And, someone who has experience in organizing these things.

I have been very selective with my requests. I would only do it if all the girls in my group are top notch. So, while I've never gotten a negative reply, I haven't put myself in the position to get one, if that makes sense.

my wife was in miami recently and spotted a couple of girls stood outside clubs having "moments of self reflection" (their words when asked rather than her own) after being knocked back at the door. it's fcking brutal but if you already know this and can't handle the pain then my advice would be to just buy presales.

Here is a female that gets it, refreshing. People put too much blame on hosts and promoters but the reality is those are the rules that are set for them. Don't shoot the messenger. This particular employee could have been a lot nicer and explained things in a way where he didn't have to make himself or the venue look bad - it's unfortunate he chose to be a douche about it.

To answer the title of the thread, no. The requests for pictures for guestlists only applies to certain venues on major holidays or big events and when girls want compd tables and this is again, not for all venues. I believe this particular girl wanted a compd table for Hakkasan when Calvin Harris was spinning

Who has the nerve to ask for a comped table when you don't already have a relationship with that host?
Either pay the money or expect to have to give something back in return.
"Can I have $4,000 for me and 14 friends?"
