July 4th Weekend - is it Holiday Pricing?

I usually avoid LV on holidays so I don't have to compete with whales for a table, but for shits and giggles I checked hotels for July 3rd-6th and found hotel prices were shockingly low for a holiday weekend.

Overall, what are table mins that weekend compared to a regular weekend? A little/a lot Higher? About the same? We usually get hooked up through our host at XS but I want to go into the weekend with realistic expectations.

it is holiday pricing. it's very likely that they have the mandatory 500 tip for inside tables at XS that weekend.

Agree with all above. Vegasin July room wise is surprisingly cheap, but i think alot if it has to do with just how HOT it gets during the month. I went two years ago for the fourth and could not walk for more than 5 to 10 minutes at a time. As for the pricing yup, prices will be inflated across the board for any of the spots you want to hit up as it is on any of the major holidays.

That's what I figured, but just wanted to confirm. It's just my wife and I and we like to keep the bill under 6-700... sounds like that might be hard this trip.. oh well :/
