Bottle Service August 22 thru 25 2014 / 8 Guys

Group of 8 guys coming to Vegas August 22 thru 25. We are looking to do bottle service Fri and Sat night. We also want to do a day pool party Saturday or Sunday. We prefer clubs that will have hiphop and top 40 in the rotation. Our current budget is $600 to $650 per person for the weekend VIP package.

We are looking to possibly get a cabana at the day party and good table location with 3 bottle mins at the clubs Fri and Sat night. On my last trip to Vegas I used an independent host for a group of 4 guys and we had a blast. We had a table at TAO and Pure and a cabana at TAO Beach. I may use the same independent host again, but I would like to explore the option of booking direct with the venues. We are staying at the Palazzo.

Which clubs will give us the best real estate for our $$$$?
What are the chances of table reservations being bumped that weekend?
Should I book direct with venues are use an independent host?
Would it be possible to get B3G1 with a group of guys?

1oak and haze seem like your fit for music and chances of getting deals. I would do 1oak friday and haze saturday. Reservations only get bumped when people show up extremely late and all the tables in your minimum range have been already seated. If you show up at a decent time there won't be any problems.

General rule of thumb is that booking direct with host for the venue will be a better deal. The independent companies need to make money too, so therefore the price is usually higher to account for their cut of the money.

Deals like a B3G1 can be available at places like 1OAK and Haze, as Dex mentioned.

If youre after hip hop / top 40 on the pools youll need to rule out Encore Beach, Wet Republic & Marquee Day Club

Maybe try Liquid or Tao Beach? You're in the Palazzo already so Tao Beach makes sense. Also Daylight down at Mandalay?

So I think I have narrowed down the itinerary.

1Oak Friday - Joey Orr
Tao Beach Sat - ***** Bulger
Tao Sat night - ***** Bulger
Tryst - Possible Saturday night alternative - Host John Wood (from Tryst website)

I have done TAO Beach before with the covered couch pool side for a decent minimum through an independent host. I got connected with ***** Bulger for TAO and Joey Orr at 1Oak this time around. Is ***** a good known host at Tao and Tao Beach that can get things done and get me good location with a handshake?

Tryst also seems to have some good bottle specials for Saturday. What's your opinion on Tryst and a who is a good host to get connected with over there?

I've used Chris Traer before for Tao/Tao beach and wouldn't look past Bobby Yeadon for Tryst.

Are tables roped off in Tryst? Options I have right now at my min are tables 620, 630, 640, 670, or 400. Was gonna go with 670 for group of 8. Don't want people bumping and spilling drinks at table if it could be avoided.

I've only seen the dancefloor tables roped off and on busy nights. Slower nights even the dancefloor isn't roped off unless asked for.

DJ OB-One will be at tryst Friday 8/22. Anyone know if he leans more to hiphop or EDM? I was considering The Bank on Friday with DJ Ikon but def want to check out tryst with Bobby Yeadon.
