Tipping VIP Host?

Generally how much is considered a good tip? Say it's 2 bottles for 1000, how much do you generally too the host to get a decent table? Thanks

Generally for $1k min there isn't going to be a much of a variance from the worst table to the best table in that table group. I'd probably just tip $100 as a general "thank you" and see where that gets you or $200 if you have a preferred spot in mind.
