Pre-Sale - When should you show up?

I have been learning up to get prepared for an upcoming Vegas trip and it is clear for at least two of the three nights I will be in town I will be well advised to do Pre-Sale. If I have Pre-Sale what time to I need to be in line to avoid a wait time disaster? Additionally, I am guessing that there are usually several lines to get in (Table reservations, Presale, GA, Hotel Guest), am I correct? Thanks for any experience that you can provide!
