New to Vegas - Bottles/Table service ect.

Hi,

Looking at a bottle/table for two males (June 18th-25). Saw Avicii was on at XS on a Thursday (19th June) but I didnt think it was open on a Thursday night?

Read alot on - [email protected] at XS who many mentioned he was a great host however most of the information was old and have noticed they have a Ryan-something written up now?

Thought ball parking with taxes/tips inc. it would be about $300ea, for one bottle? I like to think I can handle a reasonable amount of alcohol but getting two bottles (1 litre ea) is pushing my boundries abit. 5-750ml is normally enough for me. I guess additonal information I can contact the host (Ryan).

Also read friday, saturday nights are the times to goto XS? Much happen on a Thursday if it is open (looked on the XS site and said Avicii was playing on Thursday).

Heard downtown (around fremantle I think it was) is also good to go and alittle lighter on the wallet?

Any additonal thoughts/information welcome, thanks.

Bobby and Ryan are both great hosts. I use Bobby personally.

June 19th is Thursday before EDC so they're having a special night open at XS. This is common. It will be a good crowd for Avicii prior to EDC.

Bottles are 1L and unless you're planning on only the two of you sitting there having a drink and some good conversation, you'll be surprised how quickly you and your new friends can tear through a bottle. That said, if you do want a 1 bottle minimum that weekend it will be an uphill battle. You MAY be able to get a 1 bottle min...but I'd suggest trying to pair up with some other people.

I hate downtown...but you can definitely drink cheaper there.

Clubs will be slammed all weekend so if you're not doing bottle service buy presales asap. Prices will go up the longer you wait.

Theres two hopes of you getting a 1 bottle minimum during that weekend anywhere. Let alone XS.

Double the budget minimum unless you wanna be part of the GA/Pre Sale crowd.

Its a mistake trying to do this. I go away with one mate, it just never happens sharing one bottle. You need a 2 bottle minimum to go anywhere really.

I'm always appreciative of people's budgets, what your willing to spend is what your willing to spend, but agree with the recommendations above. I doubt you'll find BS for that minimum at the places your looking at. Also if your not willing to keep adding to that total they WILL bump you from your table after a while. Your paying for the ability to have a little freedom and that costs a bit more. A bottle between two people not counting others who you meet goes SO much faster than you think... Check for who is in town while you guys are there too, might turn out to be one of the most fun nights you ever had.

You might be able to get a table with that minimum if you say you only need it for an hour lol. Then they can resell it.
