Last minute questions

Hey guys,

first of all a big thanks and thumbs up to the community of this forum, you've helped me so much planning our trip over the last few months!

So we're flying out on Tuesday and I have some last minute questions.
It will be my Bachelor Party and I'm bringing 3 of my best friends. We're from Germany. None of us has been to a Club in Vegas before let alone done Bottle Service. I've been to Vegas a couple of times before, 2 of the guys are Vegas virgins. We're in our late 20s / very early 30s. And yes, I have done all the planning, that was my one condition

Here's our itinerary for the week in terms of clubbing.

• Tuesday: arrive around 8 PM at the airport, just grab a bite and do some bar hopping / gambling.
• Wednesday: Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike @ Light, T2 table overlooking the DanceFloor and DJ booth. Arrive at 10:30 PM to get a good spot. Booked with Joey Orr. Very much looking forward to this as Light gets recommended on here a lot.
• Thursday: Pool Party @ Liquid, Cabana, B2G1. Arrive noonish. Booked with Isaac Kaz Curry. Convenient, as we stay at Aria Sky Suites. Head downtown in the evening for some gambling and food, hit Rhino afterwards.
• Friday: Hardwell @ Hakkasan, table on the Mezzanine (514-517). Booked with Thomas Gorman. Arrive 10:30 PM. I love Hardwell! Gonna be crazy. Minimum is really high, I have no idea how we're gonna hit it, but maybe a fine bottle of Cognac / Champagne will help.
• Saturday: no plans yet as we might need a break before the big finale on Sunday. If we want to hit a club, it will be 1OAK, already talked to Joey. NAS will be there that night.
• Sunday: David Guetta @ Encore Beach Club, LillyPad. Booked with Roman Mamed. After everything I read on here about EBC I'm sure this is gonna be epic. At night, we're seeing Macklemore @ Surrender (Cabana / Outer Table), booked with Roman again. There was some discussion within our group as I was pushing towards Nightswim at XS but I'm sure Macklemore will be fun as well. This day is most certainly going to kill us, but this is exactly what we're going for Maybe a couple of hours of sleep between EBC and Surrender.
• Monday: head home.

Questions:

- So what do you guys think of our plan? Sound good?
- both Joey and Thomas advised me to arrive early (10:30 PM). So do we walk into an empty club or how does that work? At what time will Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike / Hardwell be on? I'm sure there is going to be Music before?
- Can we leave our stuff at the table and explore the club, maybe stay at Ling Ling Room at Hakkasan for a while?
- do I need to pre-book our night at Spearmint Rhino or do I just call the number for the free limo pick-up?
- Any tips for the payment process at the club? I read about telling the waitress not to accept orders from anyone else than me (I will be paying the bill)?
- What's the go-to spot for after hours these days?

Your plan looks good. Club will be slower when u go in at 10:30 but it won't take long to fill up. If you want to get a lay of the land it's a good time to walk around a bit. Headliners will go on around 1am. Prior to that they have 1 or 2 opening djs.

Plan Looks real $olid! For afterhours, I like the Artisan and everybody I ever take agrees. I think Drais (afterhours) is transitioning still. Their rooftop club is opening this coming weekend, I'd definitely check that out if possible. I'm hearing Cosmo is pretty cool in the wee hours. Your "Vegas virgin" friends will be BLOWN AWAY!

Personally I would try to hit more parties/clubs-its MDW the clubs have great talent will have big crowds-see the time sensitive or one time events as downtown/bars/strip clubs are always there
also nightclubs open like 1030/11pm with headliners at 1am then going till 4-5am
pool parties during saturday/sunday usually open around 11am with headliners on at 3pm then going till 6pm
expect the headliner for about 2 hours if a dj-

definitely try to hit XS at least once and maybe even checkout drais the new club opening
Something like:
Tuesday: free entry 1oak then strip club rhino
Wednesday: checkout downtown during day, maybe crazy horse 3 bottle special b4 9pm then Light crazy horse 3 also has neonflow with lights dj STELLAR starting 3am

Thursday: pool party will be slower on thursday not sure really need cabana then at night either afrojack @hak, Skrillex @xs, Zedd @ encore beach night pool party- might be able to get free entry to two of the three
Friday: pool party maybe marquee dayclub or encore beach diplo or wet republic or daylight I know you like Hardwell but if your min is like $5k+ tax/tip for 4 guys......
Saturday: pool party and nightclub
Sunday: guetta will be crazy, macklemore will be fun but I would have at least one presale for you to hit nightswim

I'm jealous man! NAS and Macklemore... ohweeeeee! I've seen Macklemore & Ryan Lewis before and it was so dope! You have a chance to see them in Surrender! I know its personal preference but IMO this is really dope! Enjoy!

I love your plan, it has a little bit of everything. To answer some of your questions, yes show up early but dont worry the club fills up fast and there is always a DJ on even when the headliner isn't there. Yes you can explore the club. Throw your security guard a $20 or more and ask them to watch your table while you walk around for a bit. Most importantly, have a great time!!

Looks good. Considering its MDW, Id stick to 1030 like the host said. It will be a madhouse in front of the club after 11.

After this weekend, show up at 10. Macklemore will be fun, but Nightswim and Eclipse will be crazier.

not sure if you see this but I heard macklemore/ ryan lewis is doing a 1 hour show on Sunday
