8 guys from Sweden, help us plan our stay please.

So, we are 8 guys travelling to Vegas for a once in a lifetime trip. I'm turning 30th on July 23rd so i guess thats gonna be one of the bigger party nights. We are staying at the Flamingo. Arriving on Monday evening at around 23-24 and leaving one week later.

So far we have planned this:

Monday - Arrive late, go out for beer + food close to our hotel.
Tuesday - Hanging out at the pool during day time. No idea on what to do in the afternoon/evening. Nightclub?
Wednesday - My 30th birthday. Renting daybeds/cabana at Flamingo during day time. Probably a strip-club in the evening. What club is best? Rhino vs Sapphire?
Thursday - Hungover, no clue what to do during daytime/evening.
Friday - Grand Canyon South Rim daytrip.
Saturday - Wanna party but where? Poolparty and then a nightclub?
Sunday - Same as Saturday, maybe a poolparty and then a nightclub later in the evening.
Monday - Leaving Vegas at 21.

Been reading abit about when to go where but its probably easier to ask here. Suggestions would be appreciated.

Our daily budget will probably be 300 dollars/person so lets say we have 200 dollars/day to spend on clubs/alcohol.

Should we try to get in touch with a host/promoter before going to Vegas?

Food and just normal pool going will most likely not be included in budgets given here. You are going to want to try and give as best an estimate of your "day/nightclub" budget. I know you say $200 so we will go with that. I assume you won't be hitting a dayclub on the first or the last day so that gives you 6 days of possible partying.

• 8 guys @ $200 each for 6 days of partying is a total of $1600 a day or $9600 total ($14400 if you each go 300)
• That is a decent size budget but it can easily be wiped with a single big day at a dayclub or nightclub.
• You are going to want to decide which days you want to go big and just how big
• You will also want to look at DJ's and music genres. I know a lot of people may not be too particular but it can draw different crowds which will affect your time in the club.

You are going to need to do GA a few days and you are going to want to hit up a walgreens/cvs pharmacy (away from the strip) to mass buy booze for that week to maximize your club money.

With that budget I would do something like this.

1 Industry night table with a 2k-3k All in ($7600ish remaining - Most likely Thursday @ Tryst for bang for buck)
1 Dayclub with a possible couch for 2.5-3k all in ($4600ish remaining - Most likely EBC on a Saturday)
1 Night club mid range table for 3.5k all in ($1600ish remaining - Either XS or Light on a Saturday)
1 Sunday night XS night swim (if you can grab a table for $1600ish all in sure)

All the above All In numbers do not include a handshake or tipping the runner/security. That is up to you if you want to do it.

Any minimum that you are told you will need to multiply by:

28.1% for XS
38.1% for LIGHT
40.1% for Hak
28.1% for EBC

For taxes and then add in the handshake and tips. Since you are coming from so far away and said you wanted to make it epic, I say Go Hard then Go Home.

6 Days is intense though and if I were in your position I would aim for something like above.

A cost effective industry night
A low to mid range pool party table
A mid range night club
XS night swim

You can fill in GA/strip clubs on the other days to supplement your partying and give you a feel for the other clubs. I would definitely say see XS, EBC and LIGHT and try to be a part of night swim.

1. Friday-Saturday are the really big days in vegas- Sun-Thursday are slower and you can actually get free entry those days- so you might want to save your budget for the Firday night/Saturday/Sunday
2. look at nightclub lineups when they come out and compare

Something to think about
Monday night- XS- the headline dj will be on around 1am & go till 4am- presale tickets?
Tuesday- one of the slowest days in vegas- good for your grand canyon trip- then go to 1Oak- can get free entry
Wednesday- think about renting $500 bungalow at Drais beach- newest pool in vegas- then you can get $100 bottle specials at a strip club before 8-9pm then hit Light- can get free entry
Thursday recover then Hakkasan- free entry- or encore beach night pool party
Friday- probably get free entry to Encore beach/Daylight then could get free entry Light or choose a nightclub
Saturday- pool then club going to have to pay
Sunday- pool then club- nightswim @ XS or eclipse @ daylight also can get free entry Hakkasan

Thanks for the great info so far. Been reading the JC forums day in and day out last days to try to get a good stay as possible.


So we sorted abit with the days and we are going to party, hopefully like this.

Tuesday - GA at 10ak or some other nightclub. Not going to crazy.
Wednesday - 30th birthday. Going all-in. Poolarea at daytime, maybe renting a cabana/daybed or going to Drais. Stripclub, Sapphire or Rhino. Probably Rhino since more people here at JC recommend it. Light in the evening. - Is Light a good place to get BS at or should we aim at another place? How much to spend for 8 guys? Will 1500 be enough and what do we get for that amount?

Friday - Still looking for options, will be getting "home" late from our Grand Canyon trip.


Weekend:

Not really sure how we should do this. We wanna see Will.i.am (EBC Saturday) and Calvin Harris (Hakkasan Saturday + Wet Republic Sunday). Is it worth to pay 110$ GA for both CH shows?

Saturday - Going all in. EBC + Will.i.am. Not sure where to go during the evening. Maybe Hakkasan. Should we get BS at EBC or nightclub in the evening?

Sunday - Wet Republic + Calvin Harris. GA. XS Nightswim with table during the evening. Worth it?


- Best places to get BS for these days?
