SLS is a top hip brand comparable with the Cosmo (even that teaser trailer reminds of Cosmo commericals) so they will try to go after the same clientele. But I just think the location they chose is horrible (at least until the other properties open in a few years) so I don't know if the brand alone will be able to pull enough people all the way up north. They really got to offer something other places don't have to draw enough to them to make a dayclub of the size work. Maybe going open format and the whole celebrity appearance route will work for them, but somehow that feels so 5 years ago to me. Will be interesting to see how it works out. -
I give SLS props for takin a risk on the property, and plan on visiting it when I head back.Comment
