I think a common mistake people make is they are ALWAYS looking forwards. I mean you can't possibly help not staring at the INSANE VISUAL EFFECT MIND MELTING IMAX screen in front of you 110% of the time. You need to look back near the bars and sides and there are plenty of girls.

I told my brother and friends to go roam the alleys and they found multiple groups of cute girls to bring back to our table. We were on Mez though so we had to go through those alleys to get to the front ha

We were there the same night as Kinar I believe. There were more than enough good looking ladies around. Had a few of them join us for a late night at Crazy Horse. But they were behind us. Like any club, you have to move around to find the ladies. If you 're on the dancefloor you'll be missing out.

From everything I've read Light is a sick tier 1 club, now on this thread for the first time I read there isn't good looking ladies? That seems hard to believe at any tier 1 in vegas. Was the ratio bad or the girls just weren't hot?

Hard for them to be able to compete in a fist bump marathon on the dance floor with that kind of energy." on these forums and have never heard or seen anything like that before. I go clubbing almost every weekend in NYC, almost all clubs are predominately EDM, and I've never seen or heard of girls not dancing because of it or being able to keep up

Just to clarify: like I said, maybe I was there on an off night, but the quality of the girls at Light last Saturday was not what I was expecting. The ratios were okay. To be sure, there were some really good-looking girls there, no question. But, there were a lot who weren't. XS is a Tier 1 level club, so is Marquee, and they have the crowds to match. I felt that Light had every element that you need from a Tier 1 club (and I would still go back), but the crowd at Light was not up to par with either XS or Marquee, IMO.

Again, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, so when I think someone is not hot, others may and vice versa.

But, I'll try and put it in perspective this way: I live in NYC as well. As you know, going out in NYC is very different than Vegas. Vegas clubs are massive, they have to let people in to fill them. If you're in Vegas, you're a girl, you have on a dress, and you have a pulse, you're getting in. It's that simple. Not so at the top-tier venues in NYC. Clubs are much smaller, and much more exclusive. True story: I knew the door guy at Cain back in the day (and I'm really dating myself here). I once tried to get a group of SEVEN girls in with me, and the door guy (who was my friend) pulled me aside, and told me that he couldn't let two of them in, because they were, in his words "a little heavy", and he would get in trouble.

Those girls who were rejected that night would have gotten into Light last Saturday really, really easily.

I dont know how often people visit NYC just to go clubbing but it seems that lots visit vegas for that reason.

So many clubs all right next to hotels all right next to each other. Perfect for a quick and compact socialite experience.

There is dancing and there is clubbing and then there is doing both.

You can dress up, get fucked up and look nice the entire night just talking in a super high end bar or you can dance your ass off.

The dance floor at light is like a mosh pit. I personally love it. I get in the groove, jump around and have a blast but I can tell you that the strongest survive down there. With all the smoke, streamers, confetti and the subs rocking your body, it gets intense. I thoroughly enjoy aerobic movements in a loud club setting and LIGHT delivers that.

I've seen lots of asian girls sneak down there and hide in pockets and some hot girls as well. I am just saying that it can get rowdy but in a good way. Lots of energy down there.

I've been to LIGHT 5 times since Jan 1st and it's been the same every time. Good looking girls are everywhere but you tend to stare forwards rather than where they are located. You really need to give most places a few tries before making a clear judgement.

I normally go there with the intention of dancing like crazy. On TRAP nights i will bring a girl with me because it's easier to dance too.

Just my opinion. Girls are there, its just a crazy place that has SOOOOO MUCHHHH going on it's difficult to pick them out when ADD is going crazy!

Plus, if you're going to NY hotspots every week your view of what constitutes 'hot' is going to be set pretty high anyway. Totally agree. Either way, Light is definitely worth spending a night at just for the experience. It's that enjoyable.

Slow Clap to this response... man I get it people don't want to go to a club with NO talent, I really do. But by the same token, where are these mythical clubs filled with nothing but 9's and 10's? Everyone here I would assume has a pretty healthy affinity for night life be it in Vegas or their respective cities. I go out in NYC and Vegas frequently and no matter how in the moment the spot is, the idea that ALL the women will be hot, or even that even if the majority are 9's and 10's, that they will be falling all over themselves to talk to a man with a table seems to be really prevalent on this forum. At best yes your getting good eye candy at certain spots, but really with the sheer amount of competition coupled with the fact that the hottest women go to a club with almost NO intention of hooking up, means really is your night so ruined if a spot is filled with 7's and 8's? If a club has a good atmosphere, great music and layout how bad can your night be if you even have a little bit of game...

Yessssss! Thank you! And I will add this- maybe MAYBE come to terms with the idea that even if you find this mythical land of endless dimes, the girls might not be interested in you. No matter what hotel room you have no matter which table you buy no matter how much alcohol you can provide- it might not happen. Unrealistic expectations can be your ultimate partying downfall.

I went to Light this weekend, it was visually beautiful, and everyone else got really excited about the music so I assume it was good (lol I am still not sold, and will likely never be, on EDM, but they were all fans). I was at a table, so didn't really explore very much. It seemed like everyone was having a great time, and none of the guys at the table had complaints about finding girls. *shrug* Just go where you want, and have fun, people are attracted to fun vibes (and remember- women aren't just targets, we are actually people! who enjoy fun! And charm! And good personalities!).
