Friday/Saturday April 18th/19th - Bottle Service

Hey everyone. If anyone could shed some light on this it would be amazing!! I really could use everyone's help.


So we are 6 guys and have already bought our jackify passes and we have tickets for Avicii at EBC 4/19

We are looking to do bottle service either Friday the 18th, or Saturday the 19th. Since we have Avicii tickets for EBC should we do Friday night or Saturday night?

Everyone has a max budget of $275 to $325 ALL IN (tax, grat, tip to host, everything) and we want to maximize the amount of bottles & location of course lol

We would love to do an EDM Tier 1 club but are those gonna be out of our budget and if they are in our budget would the table location be terrible?

If Tier 1's are out of the question what should we for Tier 2? Hyde, Bank, Tryst, Pure, 10ak, etc. etc..?

Would we be able to get any buy 2 get 1 free specials?

We really want an EDM type club!

Max the budget to $2K all in and look for 1.5K min. table. Stretch it a little more for handshake to upgrade location. You should be able to find a table at Tier 1 clubs but the location won't be dance floor. However, if you are an EDM fan, you must see a good DJ in Vegas. It will be worth it to stretch! Go early to get better table locations too.

I personally would go for Friday night since you don't want to spoil Avicii too quickly on Saturday. A quick look for EDM reveals:

Baauer - Light
Calvin Harris - HK
Cosmic Gate - Marquee
Avicii - XS (not going to see him twice so scratch that)

How hardcore EDM is your crew? CG at Marquee will be very trance but they put on a great show (I have seen them at Marquee and it is intense). Marquee has trended more towards trance vs the other more "big house" and "pop" locations. $1500 might get you outside towards the back. You will have quick entry, a spot and can move around.

I am not sure what Noah can do at Light. However, I would strongly recommend Light. They basically take the big visuals of the major festivals (Tomorrowland, Ultra, EDC) and compress it into a club. There are really no bad spots (I have only done GA while my flight was delayed).

Unless you are hardcore Calvin Harris fans, I am not sure 1.5K will get you on the main floor (pavilion) at HK. Somone else can speak to location. I saw Tiesto on GA (comped) and it was a mess - bad crowd flow, etc. (good show though). Then I saw Hardwell on the mez ($5K all in) and it was an epic night.

Reach out to hosts asking for a $1.5K table and where that would put you. Then ask how to "sweeten" the location with a handshake. Then compare.

If you don't decide on a Tier 1 do Hyde. Anthony can hook you up. You should be able to do 3 bottles for 1.5K and might be able to swing down to 2. They will play open format in the beginning and then move to EDM late night and they party is awesome. I had a blast there one summer Friday night.
As a final option - go pre-sales. Alesso is playing Light on Saturday night and his show is amazing. I can’t stress enough – if you are an EDM fan, hit up Light/Marquee/XS one way or another.

I know he just had surgery and had to miss Ultra, but wonder why he'd still be doing the 2 Friday shows at XS but cancel the 2 Saturdays at EBC.

Does this mean we can get a refund on the Avicii tickets? - I would assume that he would get another huge headliner to replace him like at Ultra with Deadmau5

I wouldn't bet on deadmau5 replacing avicii at encore beach club- the vegas club scene with each club having resident djs is very different then ultra festival- I would guess it will be someone on there residency list

As far as locations, don't expect any prime real estate at any of the tier1s for that minimum! At Light, you'll probably be able to get a mezzanine floor table (3rd level) for 1500

Light has a lower level with Df, 1st tier, 2nd tier rows. Then, an upper balcony type level, 1500 min will probably be up there, center.

I would shoot for Alesso saturday at Light

Tip around $300, get the two lowest bottles and throw the runner and security $20-40 each.

If you're there in line at 9:45 you can probably get one of the semi-middle upper level tables at LIGHT.

Two bottles but with 6 guys you can make it stretch. My entire crew is 100% EDM and we saw Ingrosso at LIGHT (very similar to Alesso) and it was a blast. You will need 6 guys to throw in $300 each and with that you can get 2 bottles and a round of coronas, plus a decent location for the show.

Mezz is not bad at all. Actually lots of girls really like going up there I found out. Although once we got them up there they didnt wanna leave >.<

Just bring chicks up and dance with them. It is an awesome spot to observe the masses too.

Everyone is pretty on point here, if you have your heart set on a 'big dj' the 1.5k min will put you as one of the lowest minimums so you can only expect one of the least favorite table locations. Like mentioned in this feed if you don't mind an good open format DJ that will play all crowd favorites then Hyde in the spot. 1.5k can get you a second tier table overlooking the dance floor as well. No question. Do Light. I love Hyde but if you are big into EDM take the mez Alesso and run! I saw Alesso at Light on 1/1 and I am still high on the experience. With Avicii out (though Diplo brings the ladies) Alesso and Light is your spot!

$1800-$200 handshake- is $1600 so 1150 min with .38% tax/tip- so a 1150 min for three bottles would be about $390 a bottle or $575 each and 1 free?
Are the bottles about $400 each or are you getting one free?

Excited to hear that Diplo brings out the ladies!! We were highly disappointed that Avicii canceled but Diplo should be great too!

Im not sure of the exact math Artedm.. Just told the host weve got 6 people and want 3 bottles - $300 per person with $200 to $250 of that going towards a handshake to you.. He said so we are basically looking for a $1000 minimum, I said we got $1800 total including handshake to you and he said if we get there by 1030 he can put us in a good section upstairs.
