Vegas with the Missus

So have done Vegas 2 times before, like a noob with my ex-wife, then properly with the boys (which is when the wife became the ex-wife ). Am now going with my current GF. We are going for 11 days from 24th Aug. This covers your Labor day weekend I believe? from my research I have seen that this can be a massive weekend for Vegas.

We are looking at hitting clubs def. on the Thurs, Fri, Sat and Sun, with a couple of pools in between. Given that its just the 2 of us I was planning to try to get walked in rather than tables as i'm pretty sure the min's will be too high just for the 2 of us!

We are hoping to see a couple of big name djs but can't see any listings anywhere yet? Has anyone got any thoughts advise seeing as its just the 2 of us? We can both party hard, she especially

Tons of ideas/thoughts:

DJ lineup will be out more mid to end of July for your dates. Basing this on how the websites are doing it now.

May want to jump on the get connected section on this site and see if people will want to split a table at the club or cabana/lily pad/couch at the pool with you. I would wait until 5-6 weeks out to do that while watching that section to see if others post the same dates.

Contact the hosts directly a few weeks out and set up to possibly get on their guestlist and establish an agreed upon amount as a tip to do it. Maybe ask if they have any groups that would be willing to add 2 to their table or cabana/lily pad/couch to reduce the cost per person.

Depending on your budget you may be able to swing a deal for Thursday nights.

Worst case just pre sale the tix especially if it's a big dj early if the hosts can't set you up on the GL.
