Hey, i'm heading to Vegas by myself on May the 16th-19th. Really not sure what to expect, i'm used to spending about $250 a night in Aus on a night out, so i'm guessing in Vegas i'd be looking at spending double that. Can anyone here give me any advice on the best way to go about it, should i get a table even if it's just me or just head in like a regular punter and have a few drinks at the bar? Do you guys from here meet up and party together? I'm not really keen on partying by myself, are club crawls advised? Did see something about a wingwomen, sounded kinda lame but is this what people do in Vegas if they are by themselves to get into clubs and mingle? just not sure what people are like to the lone ranger in Vegas, anyway. I was thinking of going to GTA @Light on the Friday, Axwell @Daylight on saturday, Calvin Harris @Hakkasan on Saturday night and Tiesto @Wet Republic on Sunday. Sound like a good itinerary? Cheers for any answers and advice on places to go to or anything else

Tables are nice if you can swing it. Security will bring women to the table for you, if you dont want to do it on your own. That would be much better than using a "wingwomen" site. If you dont want to do a table, than just buy presale tix on http://www.wantickets.com/Originally posted by Benni View PostHey, i'm heading to Vegas by myself on May the 16th-19th. Nothing wrong with getting a table by yourself, as mentioned above women will gravitate towards you for the alcohol alone. Lol. Have had to head out to Vegas a few times by myself and to be honest I had a great time. It's Vegas, people are all there for the same thing and for the most part where ever you go meeting people won't be an issue as long as your not socially awkward and know how to start a conversation. Should be fine with your itinerary if you go presale."If you have to ask you probably can't do it"

I will be there by myself later this week. I haven't quite figured out what the deal is with these club crawls either. There's so many different companies and the reviews are mixed. Some say best night of their life and then others say it sucked, was a waste of money, and they were taken to lame places and treated like cattle. Seems like going out on a party bus would be fun but not if there aren't enough seats or its like a lame shuttle or lame crowd. From what I understand, the lone ranger should be treated fine because everyone is there to party and have fun. I plan on going to clubs every night, so Ill let you know with a trip report next week how it went for me

May want to hit up the hosts on the site and see if they have any groups that may be looking for an extra person to lower the per person cost that you can join.
Did Sin City pub crawl and was a lot of fun. Double decker bus. You have to realize it is basically a hit and run scenario where you're in tier 2 clubs for an hour each and on to the next one until the final club then on your own to get back to your hotel. It was a good night for our group since we had some newbies and it was also a more inexpensive night before the weekend started.Last edited by kp3205; 03-31-2014, 07:11 AM.Happily sponsoring the Las Vegas economy since July 1996

I'm sure they can be fun, but the people who say it was the best night of their lives probably don't lead very exciting livesOriginally posted by OleMiss16 View PostI will be there by myself later this week. Haha, agreed. Spending an hour at each club could be a good way to stick your head in about 3-4 Tier 2 spots.. sounds touristy.. But if your serious about raging, I think I would be more interested in settling in a good Tier 1 spot for presale and just going hard all night and enjoying the DJ. I plan to show up early to the Wynn and get drunk off casino drinks before stumbling into XS and dealing with $18 jack and cokes

you will be fine....I have seen all ages represented especially late 20s early 30s... Vegas welcomes all to party and chances are good that you will go home with stories no one will believeOriginally posted by Benni View PostThanks for the advice, still undecided about getting a table but i think i'll get tickets first for sure. One more question, I'm 32 am i going to look out of place in places that i'm planning to go to, what is the general age of people at these places? cheers

32 is right in the most represented age demo in the clubs. And you will see plenty of people older than you.
