  • Bottle service newbie

Hi guys had a good read on here but having never done bottle service before I have a few questions.
So far I have emailed a few hosts for example have been quoted $600 at Pure.
My questions are when do I pay this at the start or at the end of the night?
Obviously that does not include gratitude and tax so how much are these on top?
Lastly looking at grey goose is this generally 75 or 1litre?

      1. you will usually be quoted a minimum spend- for example $1000 or $1500
      2. they will take a credit card when you arrive- you can close it out or leave it open till the end
      3. tip/tax is usually +20%tip & 8% tax= so +28% could be as high as 40% depending on the club (some are + 10% let tax)
      4. check with host on bottles

      Also ask about
      1. Bottle prices/bottle specials- are bottles $100 each or $600 each also are there bottle specials for example buy one get one or no specials
      2. table location- this usually involves minimum spend
      3. host tip- to lower minimum/ improve table location

Other note in Vegas you can pay cash, and if you are gong with a group it's a good idea to pay upfront at the beginning of the night. That way your friends need cash or their own card to order more bottles.

Assuming that's for 3 ppl and 1 btl, that sounds pricey for pure. You can probably find better options

For all intents and purposes - at the beginning. If you use card they may charge it up front for your initial spend and then keep it on file for extras.

Almost always the best way to do this, saves you a lot of headaches at the end of the night and avoids the awkwardness of one person not having enough money to cover their share.

The last few times i have organized the table I have gotten the exact amount of cash (40-60 for security, 40-60 for runner, 200-400 for host, minimum x 1.28 or 1.38 depending on club). Once I know pretty much the exact cost I pay the server at the beginning of the night. Last time I told her to bring our two bottles at 11 pm and 12:30 am which spread it out. After taking care of the minimum I put my credit card down for beers, waters, redbulls etc and let my friends know we are splitting this after. Take care of your obligation up front and have that piece of plastic ready just in case.

Hey guys... Also a bottle service newbie. I was quoted 1200 min with 8.1% tax and 20% gratuity for surrender on a Saturday. This is for open format seating.
A few questions. What am I looking at for total all in? And how is the open format seating at surrender?

I did bottle service at Pure 2 years ago so things may have changed but I believe the Grey Goose I got was 750ml.

Also you can pay up front with cash and close your tab. I had a group of 12 and was worried about someone getting drunk and ordering a bunch of extra bottles. So I ordered up to our minimum, paid the tab, then told the server if anyone ordered anything else they would need to pay for it themselves.

$1200 X 1.28 = $1536. Factor in tip for your host (typically $100/bottle, but depending on your ratio and where your table is could be just $100 total) and tips for security/runnner, and you're probably looking at about $1850.

There's tons of ways uou can get quoted, for example, based on the # of bottles you need to buy/ a specific $ amount you need to spend/ or a package, etc.. Pure bottles start 300-400 so for one cheap bottle, the $600 may include the auto tax/grat already. They also had vodka packages like 2 for 395-695, plus tax tip, etc.. You can do a minimum spend also and hit it with beer, drinks, shots, etc.. Sounds a lil confusing, but it's just options to satisfy the different types of clients.
