Got a free ticket to the Mayweather fight and have miles to burn...Worth coming to Vegas on my own for a few days?? How is it on a fight weekend?

I enjoy all the clubs and bars...Will i have any issue getting in??

Fight weekends are typically even more crowded, also don't forget that is the weekend of cinco de mayo as well. Should be a ton of people in town looking to party. Shouldn't be an issue getting into the club of your choice even by yourself.

Yes. I just got back from a solo trip (1 day with friends 2 solo). Was kinda eventful. And very easy to meet new people.

I organized bottles before I went for my solo nights and didn't bother using them the end.

My advice would be go for it. And enjoy the spontaneity - you're in control, no one to compromise with.

done all the big weekends there solo thanks to all my buddies being married with children. its still a blast. just make sure to purchase presale tix online for the clubs. the lines for non ticket GA is a monster.

I did vegas solo at exactly the same time last year (landed on the day that Mayweather fought last year too). Solo in Vegas is great!!! see the attached Trip Report for you too... all about rolling solo. Its definitely worth it and more!!! dont regret NOT going!

I love seeing all the posts for the vegas Solo-ists! It's definately worth it (2nd what Cirilo said) the key is to not be shy. And dont be ashamed of being solo, embrace it. If done correctly you could have loads of friends by the end of the weekend. Many times I have met awesome people who welcome me right into their group and we end up raging... Go for it brotha!

Agreed, I sometimes I have to head to Vegas solo for conventions and those have been some of my best times. Last time I literally was just sitting at a bar having a drink and somehow got absorbed into a group of Canadians who I still keep in contact with to this day. Point being, nothing to worry about rolling by yourself it's only awkward if you make it that way.
