Bottle service for bachelor party of 15. April 11-13

Hey Jack Colton community! First and foremost, I think this website is amazing. I have used other treads in the past for Vegas trips and worked out perfectly. I have been a long time lurker on the forums but I have an upcoming trip planned and want to see what my options are before we set anything up...

Situation: 15 guys celebrating one of my good friends last weeks before getting hitched on the weekend of April 11th

Budget for the weekend: 3k-4k

I understand with a budget like that between 15 guys is probably only enough to go hard with bottle service one night at a tier 1 club but do you think its possible to make that budget work for 2 nights? (Friday & Saturday). I know 1Oak and Pure aren't as pricey as say XS or Marquee so I was curious if it was doable. Just want to weight out our options so I could let the guys know and make a decision.

Friday and Saturday are the big days in vegas and the bottle specials are really hard to find at all the nightclubs.
Your group is probably looking at a 4 bottle min- which could easily mean $2k+taxes/tips each night
realize you could also hit a pool party saturday afternoon
So friday nightclub, saturday pool and saturday nightclub

You could always go to a strip club with free limo/ free entry and $100 bottles before 8pm or 9pm?

3-4k is going to be tough for a Tier one for all 15.

Bottles at LIGHT/XS seem to run at around $700 or so for lowest end (after taxes). Your handshake ($250-500) and other tips aren't factored in either.

With around 3 guys per bottle that means at a MINIMUM of most likely 5 bottles. I would still shoot for another since it's 15 guys and I dont think any tables will cover that size of group that are not in the dance floor $5k-$7k+ range. $5 bottles and you are already in the $4k range for 15. Your handshake will also need to be on the higher end as well for 15. Two tables maybe? But then that is double grat, double handshake(?) and possibly away from each other.

Big groups like that are hard to accomodate. Strip club though sounds like a much cheaper idea and you can still kind of get a bottle service feel.

You might be able to make something happen at Hyde, 1Oak, Tryst etc., but your budget is really the limiting factor. You'd probably be better off doing 1 cabana at a dayclub like Tao Beach or Liquid one day and doing a strip club the next night. You would be able to fit everything in under your budget.

I faced the same issue last year planning my brother's bachelor party. First I would determine how many bottles you think your group actually will drink. If some in your group are not big drinkers you may try to ask the host for a lower minimum. In your case you may try to go for a 2.5k min which would be about 4 bottles. Second you need to make a decision if table size is a priority. This was also a concern for me as I had 17 guys in my group but i soon realize that once the party started a lot of them would roam around hunting for girls that our table never seemed too crowded until towards the end when the headliner came out. If you decide to go to XS any tier 2 tables will be sufficient. I recommend Bobby Yeadon to set this up as he was a big help. I've been to many bachelor parties and Bobby's hookup was by far the best experience I've had.

I think 4 bottles should be good enough for our group (12-15 guys) considering we'll be drinking all day. I don't really think table size will be a huge issue either because I'm sure most of the guys, including myself, will be taking hot laps around the club trying to pull back chicks to the table. So my question is what club will do a 2.5k min for our group? I heard Bobby Yeadon hooks it up at Tryst and XS but which one am I better off asking him for a table with a 2.5k min? Not opposed to going to 1OAK with the same 2.5k min, can Joey make that happen?

He'll probably be able to get you a better deal at Tryst. Usually is the cheaper option at the Wynn Clubs.

1Oak and Tryst would work, but if you guys will be trolling for women table size is VITAL. Think about it, if only half of the guys bring ladies back you'll have upwards of 22 people around your table.

That's why you might be better off getting a cabana at a pool party for your blowout.

With 2.5k min you can pretty much get a table anywhere with your group. Although each club and nights will determine what that amount can get you. I've done 1Oak on a saturday with a group of 12 before and you can definitely get a good deal with that amount. Make sure you get a hold of Joey Orr, he is another great host who helped us out that night. But depending on the type of music you like it may or may not be the club for you. 1oak mostly plays hip hop and Top 40's. If your group rather have that than EDM, 1oak is the place for you
