Lavo since the remodel?

I used to love Lavo the way it was...a smaller club where you could still dance, or just hang at the bar and socialize, but they remodeled around Jan 1 and its now just more of a lounge. I was there around Jan 10 and it was absolutely dead...I know, a dead weekend anyway and they weren't promoting it yet. So, have any of you been recently and so, how was it?
