Ok so the forums have their preference for the clubs and has for years. It used to be worse when the hosts could "sell" you on their club, but obviously some clubs get more love on here than others. Like remember when Cathouse was all the rage on here? Yeah I visited Cathouse and it was awesome that night, but now, I don't think anyone ever thinks to mention it.

Cathouse was popular because there was a host on here that gave some crazy deals. I think its closed now though.

I think Tryst, Hyde, Bank, and Ghostbar are cool places that are undersold on here.

+1 for Hyde. One of my favorite Vegas spots. nightclub nights and lounge nights both equally rewarding.

Hyde is a good spot for sure. Bank Sundays, get forgotten about too sometimes. It's ok on the weekends, but Sundays are always crazy and packed. My secret spot last year was Chateau, but only when they did the party on outside upper patio under the Eiffel Tower, and closed the inside. That view and vibe is just awesome in my opinion. I suspect Rose Rabbit will start creeping up, I just wish the last show ended at like 11pm so the DJ could go on sooner.

Definitely agree with Tryst and Hyde...and believe it or not the Chateau Rooftop was actually pretty cool, even if its just a jumping off point for other things.

I think the "lounges" don't get much play here but can be a good time on an off night or, again, as a starting point to the night. Gold in Aria is not bad if you are jumping to Haze or Marquee and Lilly in Bellagio is not bad especially if jumping to The Bank or Hyde. I've had an interesting evening at Bond Bar in The Cosmopolitan as well.

Hyde gets plenty of play on the board. The spot that never seems to die even though it's largely an afterthought when people recommend clubs is Tao.

True. Tao gets no love on this board probably because the layout is so awful. But I have had good times at Tao.

As stated, Hyde, Tao, Tryst, etc. for sure.

How about Haze, 1OAK, and Lavo? Those are recommended spots from time to time, but definitely not the "top" suggestions (i.e. XS, Marquee, Light, Hak)

I feel like 1OAK and Tryst are two of the more highly recommend clubs on here. I'm not sure I'm seeing where they don't get a lot of love.

We had a dance floor table at moon a few years back. We had an awesome time, great place if you're on a budget! I liked the size of the booths and the fact that you could dance on top of them.

Agreed. 1OAK and Tryst get a ton of love on these forums (and rightly so in my opinion).

Clubs that don't qualify under this thread - Hakk, Light, Marquee and XS (those are the tier 1 clubs) and Tryst and 1OAK (those are two of the tier 1.5 clubs).

Clubs that do qualify under this thread -

Surrender (rarely gets discussed probably because when the DJ is inside the set up kind of sucks but it is a tier 1.5 club no doubt)

Tao (rarely gets discussed probably because the lay out causes everyone to get crammed in like sardines and the crowd tends to be young but it is a tier 1.5 club no doubt)

Hyde (probably because people don't know what to make of "ultra lounges" - are they pre-club scenes or are they all night scenes?)

                          Lavo (same as Hyde)

Haze on Thursdays (probably because everyone goes to Hakk, Tryst or, until this year, 1OAK on Thurs night)

Bank on Sundays (probably because there are so so so many reports of people receiving poor service at tables)

The other clubs - Pure, Chateau, the Palms clubs, etc. get no love. In my experience the Palms clubs don't deserve love.

Amazing how time changes things. I remember 3 years ago when we went to Palms and it was amazing. Then the following year it sucked hard core. Same table each year (dancefloor) but the second time we went, I wouldn't believe it if you told me there were more than 200 people there. It was painful trying to give away our booze that night cause we wanted to get the hell out of there so bad.

Cathouse was an absolute blast for the money, but it's closed. I haven't been to TAO in about 3 years but it seems like it's still going strong, according to friends who've been there lately. My constant, always solid option is the Artisan, but I've never been there anytime before 2am.
