Schedule for April 16th to 20th - Please review & help!

6 guys coming down from Salt Lake for the AOD April Invasion. We will be there April 16th to the 20th.

Please tell me your thoughts on our schedule and what we should change. Thanks everyone - 55 days and counting! lol

Schedule:

Wednesday Day April 16th - Check in around noon - Hit Sapphire pool party or just hang out, gamble, whatever.

Wednesday Night - Dinner at Cut or Carnevino - Then 1.Beachers Mad House and hit the strip/whatever or
2. Do Eclipse night swim party

Thursday day - Day bed or Cabana at Liquid Pool party

Thursday night - Use the Jackify passes to get into a club and or strip club

Friday day - Use the Jackify passes to get into a pool party or go to Marquee day club

Friday Night - Use the Jackify passes to get into a club and or strip club or Avicii at XS

Saturday day - Avicii at Encore Beach Club or Calvin Harris at Wet Republic - General admission

Saturday Night - VIP table at XS or hit the town or Use jackify pass or strip club.

Sunday day - Jazz Brunch at Wynn or Wicked Spoon buffet then airport.


So here are my questions -

1. On Wednesday day is Sapphire pool party gonna be any fun or should we hit Ghost Bar Day party? Is it even still going on in April? or should we just chill and gamble til we head out - or shit hit a strip club!?

2. Wednesday night should we do beachers madhouse and then just see where the night takes us or do Eclipse night swim? Im concerned that since its April the night swim pool parties might be too cold

3. Friday day should we do Marquee or should we just use the jackify passes and take advantage of that?

4. Friday night - Should we get a VIP table for Avicii on friday night or wait and just get one Saturday night and use the Jackify passes Friday night and vice versa??

5. With having the jackify passes what can we expect to pay for VIP table upgrades? I know on a few of these nights itll probably be in our best interest to upgrade to a VIP table

6. Jazz brunch at wynn or wicked spoon buffet??

Welcome to the forums. Generally it's a good idea to wait until the schedule comes out before you lay down definite plans for each day. The April schedules should start dropping early next month. As for what you have above:

Sapphire pool on a Wednesday will be SUPER chill, so unless your boys just want to go to the strip club in a more relaxed atmosphere your're better off just going to your hotel pool during the day. Note, while the mins will be low the bottle prices are higher the Tao Beach and Liquid. I'd rather hit those two spots. Ghost Bar Day Club is only on Saturday and it might still be open in April.

Eclipse or Blowout at Light on Wednesday would be my pick.

If tradition holds, Thursday will be Tao Beach with some great deals on tables and cabanas and Tao at night.

Everything else depends on the schedule.

Table booking is handled like normal, but you should use the hosts from the contact page and the host thread and let them know your coming with the invasion. Avicii at XS on Friday will be $3k min inside if the pricing follows last year, so be aware. Big names affect table prices and JC goodwill only goes so far.

The Invasion sub-forums got eaten by the spam bots, but you should see some planning threads pop up next month for the various April invasions.
