For Vegas it allows Hakkasan to expand their club presence, (will Pure go under a renovation?) and get into the pool arena now with Wet Republic also since AMG managed both of those locations.

Hakkasan has also inked a deal to rebrand one of the MGM towers into it's own name. Most likely the West.

Honestly, nothing really changes except the owners and some branding. Might be some senior staff shake ups. You wouldn't buy AMG to blow it up. Might be why the Beachers/AMG split happened though.

Maybe the big middle east investor just wanted AMG to just promote his club- Hak
If I spent all those millions and they started promoting someone else club I would be upset.

Yeah Art, but Angel just bought into another nightlife group in San Diego so it can't all about Hak. They still have pure and Chateau too
