  • Cake at the Club?

I want to surprise my friends with cake for their birthday in a few weeks. We are planning on going to Tryst. Anybody have experience with this? Curious about costs/logistics.

Ive had cakes brought out at 1oak but they were cakes from the venue...at hyde and bank someone bought me cupcakes for my birthday (turned out to be a huge mess but they were surprisingly tasty) and they were $200...i do believe they can have custom cakes made just not sure on the price.

You can arrange to have a cake delivered from an outside company too. Looked into this for my wife's day a while back. As I recall I was looking at $2-300 for a nice cake delivered. Place Icalled said they deliver to clubs all the time.
Like all great travelers, I've seen more than I remember, and remember more than I have seen.

Most places won't, unless okayed by management. Talk to the host to get the okay. And it's usually for presentation, you can't eat the cake at the table. You can also ask if the club has a birthday package.

Thanks for the info everybody! Looks like I will skip the cake since, you know, we can't eat it!

It's dependent on the club. We do them at Aria and Aria makes them for us. We have menu for it. You must be popping some bottles though and you can eat it at the table. Each club/venue is different. We had a cake at XS a few months ago but they just brought out and then we took it home after. Just depends on the venue.
