Suggestions for Feb 28th and March 1st

Since tiesto and calvin are at Hakk I'm assuming the table prices will be steep but I'm hoping they'd be less than in say May? Other than that, does anyone have some suggestions for 5-6 guys? Not looking to break the bank but we would rather pay a little bit more than be stuck in the pantry or utility closet. Haven't been to Hakk yet so I would like to give it a shot but I'm kinda worried that our budget might not work for a decent spot. XS and Marquee still top tier clubs I assume? THanks in advance!!

If you know what your budget is already just contact the hosts here on JC and see what they can do. If your group has not discussed that you need too since everyone has a different idea of what they want to spend in a group.

Our group's rule of thumb is 3 people per bottle so figure for starters 2 bottles for your group. So roughly 1k before taxes (8%), auto gratuity (20%), we always assume LET tax (10%), plus tip to host (We do $100 per bottle), plus tip to busboy and security. So you're close to $1600 in at this point with a basic 1k commit or 2 bottles.

Once you're locked down to dates and budget I would suggest starting a new thread and put it on here so people can give you a good idea of where to go to get the max out of your budget.

THanks for the reply...So another one of the guys I'm going with, locked us down a decent spot Saturday night at Hakk for Calvin. Needless to say...that is taking up a good chunk of change so hopefully it'll be worth it.

That brings me back to Friday. With Saturday being as pricey as it is, we're going to have to kick it down a notch on Friday. 6 guys, all in (including tips, taxes, everything) is $400 per person or $2400 total. Another $100 here or there isn't a big deal but thats where we're at. Looking for some suggestions...music isn't a top priority but talent level is. Any chance for a decent table at XS or Light for that number? If not, where should we look...Thanks!!

You have Lil Jon at XS and Otto Knows at Light. For $2400 you might be able to get a decent table at either one, but it depends on how full they are. Hit up a host and see what they have to say.

Other options that will be cheaper are Tryst and Surrender. Both cool clubs with good talent that night, but the minimums will be lower.

I'm actually in town this weekend also. You mind me asking how much you got quoted for at Hakkasan?

My group is doing a table at Surrender w/ Diplo on the decks. Should be a good night. For $2400 all you in you'll most likely be in a good spot within the dome. It'll also get you patio table outside at XS. If you can stand Redfoo ask the host for patio tables 940-970. It's Outside, but with a good view of the DJ and decent traffic.

5K minimum but we are going to have 2-3 extra people with us Saturday...I didn't set it up so I don't know the details but the location is legit although I'd rather not post exactly where (obviously that could change as well). Diplo would be fun but they lay out of Surrender seems strange but then again I've never been there as well.
