20-25 March - Visiting from London

Hi. We are a group of 12/15 guys (all early 30's) visiting from London for a stag weekend. We are staying at the MGM, main group is 12 but a few guys are flying in just for Sat & Sun.

We have tried to make some plans using the info on here but could really do with some advise. (Its not easy trying to organise five days of entertainment!)

Mostly all of the boys are Vegas virgins so want to cover all the bases, pool party, clubs, strippers etc

There are varying budgets, bat as far as i am concerned go hard or go home!!

This is what we have planned so far...

- Thursday 20th - Land mid afternoon.
Head to Fremont Street, where is good to eat?, what are the best bars? (Insert Coins look fun) Can we get a non tier 1 club with reasonable minimums on a Thursday?

- Friday 21st
Looking for big night in the evening. David Guetta at XS is top of the list. We will obviously need a table. as much info re host contact, costs etc would be great. (There will be 15 of us this night)

- Saturday 22nd
Celebratory Dinner Planned at Botero (Wynn)
Any suggestions for Casino/Bar/Club after?

- Sunday 23rd
Pool Party? Thinking Wet Republic as we are staying at the MGM but open to suggestions...

-Monday 24th
Recover by pool then a flight back to rainy London...

Not sure I'd do Fremont on a Thursday after just getting in, but up to you. Commonwealth may be decent down there, Insert Coins is cool. For Thurs Night you have Tao, Haze, Hakk, Tryst as options, each different in style and taste. Tryst and Haze have Industry Night specials, vodka/champagne combos, etc.. Friday XS will be huge prog. For Saturday, I'd prob eat at the hotel you're gonna party at or in your hotel to save on excess travel. Wet or EBC Sunday if you want a bigger pool. You can try to hit another pool party Saturday. Saturday is the biggest day overall for pool parties with all of them being pretty busy regardless.

1. There are so many restaurants/bars in vegas- they range from low to high end just so many choices.

2. If your going to do fremont st the same day as you come in- best tip I can give you is Westcliff Airport Express- city bus

Basically taxi cabs in vegas are extremely high priced!! Esp. for a large group- needing a few cabs.
Take the WAX bus from airport level zero- same as where the limos wait it runs directly to MGM. Costs $2 each ride or $5 for a 24 hour bus pass. Take the WAX bus from airport to MGM, drop your stuff off, then take the WAX to Fremont it runs directly then take it back to MGM.

3. You can get free entry to Hakkasan on Thursday and Sunday on a guestlist. Hakk is the MGM nightclub

4. David Guetta is great- keep in mind 3-4 per bottle min then more depending on location. If just want entry xs.wantickets.com

5. Botero is right next to XS and basically opens up to XS patio pool area- sometimes you hear about if you buy dinner at Botero you get free entry to XS- confirm with a host/ manager

6. Saturday Night- Go with what DJ you like best
Avicii is at XS

Hardwell is at Hakkasan
If your hit Hak on Thursday and XS on Friday might try Light on Saturday.

7. Wet Republic and Encore beach club with both be open but its a soft opening- not big name djs.

Forget to mention strip clubs-
All strip clubs in vegas do FREE Limo ride /Free entry and are open 24/7.
its worth planning ahead and seeing where the strip club is because sometimes you can't get a free ride back to your hotel.
Most clubs run a happy hour special before 8pm-9pm with $100 bottles.
Also the all nude clubs can't serve hard drinks so they give unlimited free soft drinks.

I'd say something important - travel wise - as you're going to be battling quite the time change: DO NOT NAP. It will make the jet lag all the more worse. Make sure every day you stay up to at least midnight.

I'd skip Skrillex IMO, he isn't very impressive. But that's your call.


Sunday I DEFINITELY recommend Encore Beach Club. Sundays at EBC are the best party in the US in my opinion. Wet is cool, but not all that great. If you don't want to make the trek to Wynn/Encore again after doing XS and Botero, check out Marquee Day Club instead on Sunday.
