  • 10 Guys-Bachelor Party/March Madness Mar. 19-23;Best Tables Friday Night ($3,250-$4k)

As the title suggests, will be in Vegas for March Madness and my Bachelor Party from March 19-23. Have been to Vegas a couple of times in the last few years, but never during the NCAA Tourney and never without a group of women alongside. We will be staying in hospitality suites at The Mirage on Friday and Saturday.

Currently trying to determine the best spot to reserve a table for 10 guys (ages 24-27) on Friday, March 21. Ideally, I would like to avoid paying a L.E.T but if the price and atmosphere were right, we might do it. Probably looking at $3,250-$4,000 all-in spend for Friday night. Would prefer to get a table in a main room versus an outdoor area.

Any suggestions/recommendations on good spots would be much appreciated. Have been to Tao, Mix, Pure, and Chateau in Vegas. Have been to Marquee and 1Oak's NY locations, so hoping to potentially do something different even though I recognize that the Vegas locations are different. Interested to know more about XS or similar clubs, and what minimum spends might look like there for main room tables (or highly recommended outdoor tables with foot traffic) given our group composition.

Hoping to hear back from those of you that work in Vegas/have experience with this stuff. Any information/advice you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

    Best,

    Matt

Robby Yeadon will be your best host contact at XS. His info is on the site. Unfortunately to get a great location at XS, you'll need to host tip $500.

I'd lean toward XS to avoid LET too (which is at light and Hakk), but it really depends on what you are after and if the type of DJ is important to you.
If you have to ask how much it costs, you probably can't afford it! That being said, it's Vegas and doesn't hurt to try!

    Planning
    2014 - March 13-16 - Bachelor Party
    2014 - June 5th - 9th (maybe) - Big 30.

I suggest a dance floor table at a tier 2 club for that budget. 1OAK or Tryst. I am a BIG fan of a dance floor table.

XS, could work for like an inside backwall, but if weather good, the patio tables by DJ are cool and prob lower than 3k min. Most T2s will get you prime main room spots. 3k min at Light is prob a good spot in main room lower area. Don't let LET be an issue because some clubs have higher bottle prices than others so double check that. And, the bottle prices change for certain, event/DJ etc.. so I wouldn't bee to concerned it it's someone you want to see.
