Anyone been since it's been changed to an "ultra lounge?" I'm heading down the 6th through the 9th and wanted to check it out on Friday the 7th. I've already gotten on a guest list, but I was curious about what to expect. Any info would be swell.

    Thanks!

    Here's a pic I got off FB.

Yeah, I have seen photos. I'm just wondering what the atmosphere is like, and if it gets pretty busy later in the evening. The group I'm headed to Vegas with is a little intimidated by the giant clubs, so I was hoping this would be a good alternative.

I suggest 1OAK (16,000 sq ft) or Tryst (13,000 sq ft) if your friends don't like the mega clubs. Those are both at the top of the tier 2 nightclubs but are a fraction of the size of Marquee (62,000 sq ft), Hakkasan (80,000 sq ft), XS (40,000 sq ft) and Light (38,000 sq ft).

Update! Lavo is a great place to have a few drinks before heading out to other clubs. We went there Friday evening and had a great time. Amazing drinks, and awesome atmosphere.

How busy was it and around what time were you there?

We got there around 11:30 or so, most of the tables were filling up as we got there. Area around the bar was pretty full.

Thanks for the info...sounds like its getting there. I always thought the smaller venues were a bit better for socializing. Tabu, Blush, etc.
